Update: It's been 2 years coming for waxing and facial treatment at Prana. Saroj and Agnelo are two of the most caring and loving people I have ever met and they always go out of their way to provide the highest quality of customer care. Especially in making last minute adjustments to accommodate my random crazy travel plans. I always walk away feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. You have a magical touch which I'm going to miss so much but do wish you both all the success and hopefully will come back to Perth again. Old review: I finally found a place in Perth that provides the BEST threading experience as it's not a usual service as the friendliness and the ambiance of returning home comes to mind. The one thing I have always hated about beauty places is a beautician who is unhygienic and pushy on their products. Saroj is clean, warm and karmic in a good way. She is overflowing with passion for what she does and when I trusted my body with her in the most sensitive places I received the kind of non judgmental respect to my person and my "bits". She makes that journey and experience private, non judgmental and personal. Agnelo is her husband and he takes equal pride with her in providing an excellent service. She does the beauty business and he does personal training. But together they found the time to really engage with me as a customer and a potential friend. I went to Prana for the first time last week for the Prana Maharani treatment.. and now I'm not sure I'll ever be able to go anywhere else for a massage ever again! Saroj is not just a wonderful therapist, she is also a true healer. My experience was much more than just a body treatment, I felt deeply nourished inside and out afterwards. From my warm welcome by Agnelo, I felt completely held in arms of love whilst at Prana. I loved how Saroj spent time getting to know me and ...making me feel comfortable at the start of our session, it was a truly personalised experience. During the massage, it felt as though Saroj's hands were having a conversation with my body, silently anticipating everything my body and mind needed and responding with care and love. When the time ended (and I woke up!) I couldn't believe it had only been a couple of hours, I'd lost all sense of time and felt I'd been there all day! I was touched by Agnelo's care after the treatment ended, and Saroj's thoughtfulness in taking time to come and debrief before I left, discussing her experience of the treatment and leaving me with a hug and words of love.
