These reviews are untrue. I'm sure this post will be deleted but my friends and I received the worst customer service from this so-called spa. The inside is antiquated and looks nothing like the web...
These reviews are untrue. I'm sure this post will be deleted but my friends and I received the worst customer service from this so-called spa. The inside is antiquated and looks nothing like the website. The service I received was mediocre to say the least. What spa doesn't give you a robe, I received a facial while I was fully dressed in the clothes I walked in with. My friend received a pedicure, the person that provided the pedicure came in the nasty room with a towel th...at had a hole in it. They gave us small plastic cups of tap water and a small plastic cup of wine. This is not a spa...I could've done a better job at home providing myself with a facial and my cousin could've provided me with a better massage than I received. See more

Awesome place very friendly environment.. My husband and I had a couple massage today and the ladies were great.. I will be back. Highly recommended.

AMAZING! Best massage I’ve ever had! Here from out of town and needed to schedule last minute. Got in with no issue and Twila did and excellent job!!!

Booked an appointment for 4:40, showed up on time only to find that they were closed, when the closing time that day was 6pm. I checked my email to find that they had cancelled our appointment out of ...
Booked an appointment for 4:40, showed up on time only to find that they were closed, when the closing time that day was 6pm. I checked my email to find that they had cancelled our appointment out of nowhere and didn't give a reason for the cancellation. This would have been our first time at Renaissance, and I don't think we'll be back.

The atmosphere is great ! Tisha made sure I was relaxed before & after the massage ; she even found spots on me that was sore that I haven't noticed until she removed the tension .
