Unwelcoming environment & poor service. At times I have left with cuts from when they file the product off your nail which hurt quite a bit. I'm not sure if it's hygienic and how many other people they cut but I did not see them sanitize their tools and they double dip. Not to mention the actual nail service is not great. AVOID this place they cut children's cuticles even after discussing not to do it they will try anyway. I booked for 3 people the girl and not put the booking in the book so only managed to get two of the three done but I was going out and really expected to get done no such luck they then publish my phone number (privacy out the window with this place) and expect me to be happy to contact them to discuss the fact that MY nails were not done due to them not managing bookings well and they want me to change my rating on them!
