Nail tech Annie did a fabulous job on my nails - a simple, shape buff and polish but she was quick, professional and they turned out immaculate. The only drawback was they were understaffed for the number of clients that were arriving and the language barrier did pose an initial issue but nothing that a bit of patience and communication can't solve. They currently have a 30% deal atm, making the salon prices very competitive also. Read Less

Don’t DO Your Nails here!!!! It was my first time to do my SNS nails here and I am extremely disappointed with this. They charged me money first before she done the last step, I feel a bit werid but I still paid them first. At the last step, I found out there are a few black dirt dots on my nails and I ask for the reason. They said the original powders come with black dirt dot and it’s normal. ( Excuse Me?) It is obviously the powders are polluted already and it has dirts inside, so this is the reason. The staff keep explaining it is normal but obviously NOT. So now my nails come with some dirts and I feel very unhappy with their service. The manager Jenny did my nails and when I am unhappy with the nails, she just pretend she cannot understand my English and try to avoid my complaints. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Not recommend to everyone because they have dirts in their SNS powder, and your nails will have dirts dot and you cannot get rid of it. Read Less

Called in to ask if I could make an appointment for 1 hour later. Was told Yes. Went with mum to have our appointment, & we were seated in appropriate places. As I waited, others came in to ask "How long?" All were told 1/2 hour. All waited way longer than that. I waited 50 mins before they started. Although I had no polish on, they used the electric sander & gouged my nails & cuticles. The girls chatted loudly (shouted?) to each other with no attention or engagement with any customers. Polish job is poor 😔 & doesn't look like any shellac job I've had before. Read Less
