Slow service took them 30 mins to get to me plus they completely forgot about my little sister who was getting service with me I had to remind them after they had put 3 people in front of her.

I just left this place. My pedicure was horrible and I didn't even want them to do my nails. The tech rushed through my pedicure and my feet look awful. BAD SERVICE. This place is the worst.

I have honestly just had one of the best experiences ever at this nail salon! I went in to Werribee Village Nails feeling down in the dumps and ashamed of the state of my nails, I walked out with most PERFECT shape, colour and quality nails I could have ever possibly imagined! Carol's attention to detail was absolutely amazing and her professionalism was so refreshing.. I showed her two photos to give her an idea of what I wanted and the result was spot on, I'm so so so happy! I will definitely be returning in the near future, thank you ladies, it was a pleasure!

Practice better customer service. So many hidden costs. I got a pedicure and a full set....everytime I asked for something the reply was "$3 dollar extra" even for glitter polish. And the male tech rushed while on my feet...I like to feel relaxed while getting my pedicure. Best to stick to what you know.

I'm sitting here just got a pedicure and having my toes dry. The guy seemed uninterested in making me feel comfortable or happy for that matter? He even was talking on his phone twice! I just moved here and I live right down the street. I felt rushed even though I called ahead of time to see if the salon was busy. The guy also did one coat of the polish and while doing so left the hot towels on my legs causing to turn cold while polishing my toes. I shouldn't have even gave him my card for payment! Learn better customer service and I work at a hotel. I will advise everyone to steer clear of this salon! Pathetic.

I used to love Glossy Nails, but the last couple of times have not been a good experience. Every time I ask for a particular design, it's been awful!! Okay time I went one of the guys did my pedicure and nicked me numerous times. The only thing that is great here is arching eyebrows. I will not return for a pedicure!!!!

I have honestly just had one of the best experiences ever at this nail salon! I went in to Werribee Village Nails feeling down in the dumps and ashamed of the state of my nails, I walked out with most PERFECT shape, colour and quality nails I could have ever possibly imagined! Carol's attention to detail was absolutely amazing and her professionalism was so refreshing.. I showed her two photos to give her an idea of what I wanted and the result was spot on, I'm so so so happy! I will definitely be returning in the near future, thank you ladies, it was a pleasure!

I just moved here and I live right down the street. I felt rushed even though I called ahead of time to see if the salon was busy. I used to love Glossy Nails, but the last couple of times have not been a good experience. Every time I ask for a particular design, it's been awful!!
