Terrible service, pedicure takes less then 20 minutes all terrible 20 minutes of it felt like I was being butchered I only get them done to remove dry skin (they didn’t even do that), customers never right in their eyes, will leave you sitting at the nail tables for ages with their judging little eyes staring you down! Honestly the best nail salon in the western suburbs definitely worth the travel. The clean salon , friendly stuff and the amazing nails make it easy to see why they are always busy. Recommend booking an appointment. Read Less

I have started to use this Nail Studio a month after it opened...I was pleased with the work done with my nails, the pedicures and the waxing....the salon is clean although understaffed.....this creates a state of confusion when they have over booked or even worse when they continue to accept clients who just walk in of the street who have not made a booking....this is unfair to their clients who have.....I ALWAYS call for a booking explaining what I need and expect to have my allotted time enjoying my visit...I am constantly  shuffled between staff and my time is shortened to accommodate walk in clients....on my last visit I was the only client and when my nails were done (around 4.30) I was sitting at the dryer when one of the staff realising that if I left the store that maybe they could get out before anymore customer arrived....she took my hands from the dryer and spayed them and told me they would be right....they were still wet and by the time I had picked up my bag two nail were ruined. I am not sure when this store opened; however, it's been recent (ie Feb 2012). It's great to see the new store on Watton Street, especially one that's open decent hours (I'm a bit tired of the small town mentality of closing up shop at 4:00pm, or not open on Sundays). All new equipment, clean and bright premises and friendly staff. I had a spa pedicure here today and my feet look and feel a million dollars. The prices are reasonable, and the open hours convenient (9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00am - 8:00pm Thursday and Friday). Conveniently close to local cafes, so grab a coffee on your way. Walk-ins are welcome which is great for the spontaneous 'must get my nails done' moment. The ladies do a great French manicure, and have a variety of options to suit your preferences; acrylic, gel, shellac. In addition to nails, manicures and pedicures, L'Amour also offer waxing (both female and male), eyelash extensions, and eyelash and eyebrow tinting. This is sure to be my go to store for my regular manicures and pedicures. Read Less
