I paid $40 for SNS nails on 13/04/17, by the 15/04/17 I had two broken nails. Given that I don't alway have the opportunity to be in the centre as I live an hour and a half away, I went in to get a refund on the 20/04/17 as by this time several other nails had broken.
Before letting them know, I asked how long SNS should last, being a qualified nail technician myself I knew full well what the answer would be, they responded with "easily three to four weeks". I had told them I'd had mine done and within days they started to break and I wanted my money back, and I was told no. They refused to refund me, even though they're falsely advertising a long lasting product, and are doing a horrendous job at it.
I normally get my nails done at another salon closer to where I live and have never ever had an SNS break, let alone most of my nails being chipped, or very cracked within days.
Will never return, would never ever recommend. Only reason they got one star is because I couldn't give none.

i have been there many times and they are usually nice and friendly but today was last time I'll ever go there. They were extremely rude to both my mother and I. Won't be going back

Hands down worst nail salon I've ever been to.
Charged me twice with no immediate refund (they didn't know how to use the eftpos machine and didn't believe me that I had been charged twice, was advis...
Hands down worst nail salon I've ever been to.
Charged me twice with no immediate refund (they didn't know how to use the eftpos machine and didn't believe me that I had been charged twice, was advised they would call next day: nothing from them - had to provide bank statements 3 days later to get my $40 back)
Cut nails too short when asked for long, asked for square shape with slight rounded edges - got the new 'point' look.....
Application was messy & they were exceptionally rough.
Messed up the nail polish twice.
Rude workers & would only talk in their own non-english language.
Only had a full set acrylics.
Won't be back.
