This nail place was horrible. My friend and I went to get our nails done not only were they rude and pushy didn't talk to us once. I had my nails for one week and they all fell off and I wasn't doing anything to make them. My friends nails also fell off . I visited about a year ago for eyelash extensions. This girl was not certified and trained on the job. I could tell that I was in trouble as soon as she started because she never separated my lashes, so in the end I ended up with balded patches after chunks of my natural lashes fell out. Read Less

I was in silver nails today and the service was absolutely terrible. I had chosen two different colours, one a nude colour and the other midnight purple with gold sparkles and they gave me black with red sparkles not even remotely close. When I said it wasn't the colour that I asked for they insisted it was, I continued to show them the colour I asked for and they said they had run out.. My question to them was why wouldn't they tell me instead of choosing a random colour for me. Also whilst being in there they had ruined two other women's nails. 4 visits and inconsistent every time. 1st time my nails looked great and no wait time - I went in early afternoon of a weekday 2nd time the nails looked great but I was waiting in a chair for 30min after my appointment time with no one talking to me - I was reluctantly given a 10% discount when I asked for it for the inconvenience of making me wait... 3rd time the ombré style nails I got were patchy and didn’t look that good, my natural nails were also cut very short and they lifted in the second week 4th time was no wait but the lady didn’t seem confident in doing ombré (calling over someone and talking to them and both inspecting my nails) I was stressing the whole time if they would look nice or not and it took over an hour. In the meantime I saw another women come in and say she had an 5.30pm appt and when I left just after 6pm she was still sitting waiting. The nails looked okay in the end but not as good as the first or second time I came in I’ve decided to go elsewhere. Paying nearly $60 for a full set ombré SNS isn’t worth it when I stress wondering how they will look once finished, or that appointments aren’t recognized and I may be made to wait. Been getting my nails done for the past 5 years and have never been this disappointed, on Thursday I got my usual refill with shellac, the next day 3 of my nails were already broken and the others were peeling, I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary but came and got them fixed without saying anything yesterday. Today the shellac is already peeling AGAIN less than 24 hours later, my nails haven’t been in water and I haven’t done anything differently. Really frustrated I have to waste more time and money getting these fixed for the second time and it hasn’t even been 5 days since I originally got them done. Read Less

Big thanks to the girls here at Silver Nails. We called in last minute after one of the other salons couldn't fit us in with an appointment made. My wedding is tomorrow and I was stressing over the fact we couldn't get our nails done. Called in and was told to come in 20 minutes. They did an amazing job at my nails. Done to perfection. Yesterday was my second time here, and I'm blown away by this girl who did my nails. Tina did them sooo perfectly I'm shocked because I've never been taken care of so well. I got a fullset last time but came in only to change my color. She told me ahead that it would not look nice and said to get an infill. I stated that only had 30 minutes up my hand cause I had work straight after. Tina did them within 25 minutes. Perfectly shaped coffin nails. The polish job was done so fine it's never been this shiny. No clumbs. No dust. I can see my reflection in it. Will be coming back to Tina surely. Read Less

Went to this nail salon with my mum. She had tips on her round nails. Wanted a change in colour of the SNS and came out with no more tips after too much filing (not soaking) and her hands are in pain with mismatched shaped nails of all different lengths. Do not go there! They also changed technicians every 10 minutes because no one was skilled enough to file, sns and buff the nails. I have a feeling the 5 star reviews are from friends and family. I've never been to a salon that listens to clients needs as this one. I came in with my friend both getting fullsets and we both are in love with our nails! Paying attention to every single nail perfecting it! Measuring more than once and the final time when she is about to finish. I cannot complain. This salon needs to have more than just one place. It is always packed! Busy and sometimes you can't even book with them as they are flat out. I got my nails done with Tina and my friend got hers with Eve! Worst nails result ever! I've been doing my nails for years and I always show the lady what I want my nails to look like. This lady did the worst job ever. My slight coffin nails we so inconsistent and half of them were ridiculously anguled. Some where Long and some where short. The day after one of my nails broke holding a cup of coffee. A few days later I pick up my bag a three others broke. I've never had a problem with my nails breaking until now. I was upset when I first got them done but now I'm just frustrated at how easily they're breaking. Never going back there again. Read Less

I come here on a regular basis and am never disappointed with the services provided! I often get my nails done full set of acrylics with shellac as well as eyebrow waxing and have had my hair permanently straightened here twice. The pedicures are also amazing and the staff never fail to go above and beyond, they're always willing to suggest the best products and I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else! OMG I just wrote a review but it was gone! So back here I am again. I have been coming here since new management but have been loyal here since. Everytime I come here, I am welcomed with smiles. This beauty salon has variety of colors and services. I come here for my acrylics and hair even sometimes eyelash extensions. After trying different salons in the centre this is it, my go to salon. My acrylics don'5 lift nor chip! Great quality work. If you ever think of getting a pedicure you must visit and book with TINA! She does miracles on my cracked heels and gave me the best foot massage. Do not know why they still haven't received any 5 star here but here is the first one! Read Less
