The staff was really rude. The work isn’t worth the money. Not surprised why this place has a lot of bad reviews.

I would rate this place a 0 if I could. My friend and I walked into the salon and ask what their prices were, all the employees just looked at us. Then someone finally addressed us. My friend wanted her acrylic nails removed, but the woman just told her to sit down without telling her the price (in the end paying $20!). I ask the woman the price of acrylics and I told her the length and shape I wanted to save time. I quickly picked the Colour and sat down. In the middle of doing my nails the woman stopped and told me to wash my hands. She asked me if I had the money to pay. Once I had payed, she continued. Again she stopped what is was doing to answer a personal phone call, wasting more time. She started to paint my nails and then told me to let them dry, leaving me to go start on another. my nails where painted poorly and had chips and little holes. When I told her she was rudely and unwilling painted over them. The second time I found little hairs from the brushes stuck on to the nail. The woman originally doing my nails was doing a another customer, so I had to wait for another employee to be done and fix mine. still in the end my nail had hole in it. Rude and unkind, would not recommend

TERRIBLE, and shocking customer service. Came Christmas Eve for shellac manicure (And a normal pedi). Within 2 hours 2 of my nails had chipped (doing normal activity, nothing strenuous). I phoned imme...
TERRIBLE, and shocking customer service. Came Christmas Eve for shellac manicure (And a normal pedi). Within 2 hours 2 of my nails had chipped (doing normal activity, nothing strenuous). I phoned immediately (about 4pm) but no answer. By Boxing day 5 were chipped and I returned. The staff on duty refused to redo them and told me to return the next day to see the manager Lina. I did today and was told Lina wasn't here today either. The staff (who originally did them) refused to redo them all-she would only fix the chipped nails (which by today was 7 of my 10). I rejected her offer: clearly within another day or two all 10 are likely to be chipped. How many trips to watergardens am I supposed to make for you to do a good job?? I was shocked at their absolute disregard for customer service. Just admit you did a bad job and fix the problem! I've had shellac manicures done dozens of times, and I've never had such a poor quality job. Needless to say I won't be back. I recommend you save yourself the trouble and go to one of the other 3-4 places in the Watergardens complex.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!, me and my friends went there today to get SNS extended nails. First of all I showed them a picture of the colour of the nails that I wanted they said that they didn’t have that colour, they showed me colours that they did have and I chose a light baby blue (the colour on the picture) and they said that that was fine. Second they charged me an extra $5 just because I wanted Coffin. When she stared to do my nails one of her friends rang her and she answered the phone. Then when she was filling my nails after the SNS was on she made me bleed. She was filling really hard and I almost told her to stop because I was in so much pain, she was going so hard that she actually cracked my original nail and didn’t do anything about it. She also was doing it so fast that NONE of my nails are even. When she was finished and she told me to put my nails under the fan she picked up her phone and went and sat on one of the spa chairs. Didn’t come back, one of the other lady’s had to finish my nails. Before I went to get my nails done I got my eyebrows waxed, the wax was WAY too hot and she actually burned my skin. I got that done almost half a year ago and I still have scarring. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

I had a spa pedicure done and it said right there that they offered foot massages, the lady DID NOT give me one and when confronted proceeded to LIE that she did!!! I should have taken a video. Slathering lotion on my foot is NOT giving me a massage! So hard to find a good place that gives you great service! Too annoyed

Been here once and had to go somewhere else after 2 days getting sns done. All chipped. Top coat wasn't done properly. Waste of money trying this salon.

Shocking - got sns done they just put the colour straight on the nail didn't use any white sns powder. So thin and charged $40 will never go back!

I would rate this place a 0 if I could. My friend and I walked into the salon and ask what their prices were, all the employees just looked at us. Then someone finally addressed us. My friend wanted her acrylic nails removed, but the woman just told her to sit down without telling her the price (in the end paying $20!). TERRIBLE, and shocking customer service. Came Christmas Eve for shellac manicure (And a normal pedi). Within 2 hours 2 of my nails had chipped (doing normal activity, nothing strenuous). I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!, me and my friends went there today to get SNS extended nails. I had a spa pedicure done and it said right there that they offered foot massages, the lady DID NOT give me one and when confronted proceeded to LIE that she did!!! I should have taken a video. Slathering lotion on my foot is NOT giving me a massage! So hard to find a good place that gives you great service! Too annoyed
