Appointment for a nail refill, Thursday 8th Dec, very young technician did not introduce herself. I could tell from the way she handled a file she had very little experience instead of using clippers to remove lifted acrylic she was using her nail to pick it off which hurt, preperation of the nail was not great I have lines under the acrylic. The primer was splashed around like like nail anti - bac, consiquently every nail burned like the devil, every cuticule is covered with acrylic and here we are its Monday 12th Dec and I am having to buff my nails as they are lifting. Every one knows a good nail technician does the nails in such a way that no buffing is required over the month, I for one will not be going back I have no quames about a learning nail tech but firstly someone should be over looking her work and secondly dont charge full price, do they really think the people are that dumb no to know the difference between Experience and Learning technicians.Nail technicians are a dime a dozen good ones are few and far between, I have been having my nails done for 28 years I know what is good and what is not.
