Came in receiving hardly a greeting. No one looked up. They told me to take a seat and i asked how long I'd need to wait. The male worker there said 'not long' (still not looking up or giving me a specific time frame). So i sat and waited. Another woman came in and he seemed more attentive to her. I then asked him again impatiently how long i needed to wait, he then realised i was getting annoyed and said i could take a seat now. Seemed very rude. Luckily the lady that did my pedicure was lovely and put a lot of care into her work.

I don't get anything fancy ...just very basic mani pedis. I like this spa a lot. It's spacious and comfortable and friendly.

Do not go here. I had sns done. The male working there was so rude did a horrific job after I complained about one nail being uneven he started talking to his wife in vientimise. I felt so uncomfortable. I was so unhappy with the finish of the nails as a beauty therapist I know how they should look. I told him I was unhappy and he cracked it and said it's because my nails are to short. Which they are not. I don't bite them they are actually normal length. Never returning!!!!

Before I never knew much about nails I asked for gel nails with a tip, they gave me acrylic nails without me even knowing. They charged me a extra $15 on top because I got 'gel' and even after getting the nails I came back in to get them removed and they forced the nails of and totally damaged my nails. Never go here.

I made a mistake. Despite the bad reviews I decided to go to USA star Nails, thinking that people only review when they're displeased. However, I completely regret this. I paid for a Shellac pedicure and for waxing of my eyebrows and underlip.
It turned out a nightmare! My eyebrows despite asking for 'natural' and 'only a clean up', I come way with an eyebrow that was a thin straight line. with emphasis on eyebrow because my eyebrows were completely uneven.
I could let this go though. I though perhaps it was a slip of hand- a mistake she didn't want to admit. However, it has been almost a week and yet my eyebrows and upper lip is still red raw from where the wax was. Despite having had these areas waxed many times before this is the first time in which both areas have remained red with little irritated bumps.
To add to this my toes aren't even that good of a job! Sure, they're a pass but compared to similar places with similar prices I've been too they are not good! They are not particular precise and have already started to chip!
I warn you, learn from my mistake!

I came in today and asked for metal nail polish and with a shocked look she said "what, for you?" (I'm male) and then the male manager came over and said said disgustingly "no we don't have" and storm...
I came in today and asked for metal nail polish and with a shocked look she said "what, for you?" (I'm male) and then the male manager came over and said said disgustingly "no we don't have" and stormed off. Disgusting treatment just because of my gender. Don't go to these sexist pigs.
