I have been to Sereniti many times and the staff are always very professional, welcoming and appreciate my return business. As well as hairdressing services, I would highly recommend their spray tans and IPL, as well as hair (Eleven) and face (Dermalogica) products they sell.

Went with my daughter to get our nails done.My nails LOOK decent,but they are very sharp on the edges and needed a filing when I got home.My daughter had an older woman doing her nails.She cut her skin at the cuticle 3 times and sent her to wash her hands.When she returned the woman acted surprised and asked what happened.She continued to do her nails while her finger was still bleeding.She didn't manage to get the polish all the was to her cuticles though it was all over her fingers.Sooo disappointed as I've heard such good things about this salon and don't usually complain or write reviews.Dont think I'll be back.Back on the hunt for a new salon!

A few days ago I went to this center for Manicure, the atmosphere was really nice, pleasant, clean and very friendly staff, unfortunately the price was not worth for what they did for me, just very quick and simple things on the nails and polish for 45 $, it is a bit expensive I think so.

Growing up in East York and while I was in college I would always make my way to hard rock nails as they offer such fun excellent service and a gorgeous set , e v e r y t i m e! Their vibe and atmosphere is always chill and everyone is very welcoming and fun. I’ve always had either the lady or David do my nails both very professional and sweet. The negative reviews are ridiculous and I personally think it’s nothing but bullying from people that weren’t even clients. Shame on ...them. Do your self a favour , treat your self and hit them up. When I am back in the city I will definitely be stopping by! Cheers See More

Absolute crap shoot, this place literally gave someone hives and didn't even answer them back, their terrible nail tech did an awful job on my friends nails and they didn't offer any thing in return just an appointment by the actual owner. So in order to get my nails done well I need to see the owner!? What's the point of having extra staff. 160$ was charged after she constantly asked for bio gel but was forced into getting acrylics by your employee Patrick. I wouldn't come from Hamilton over to this shop and I know my friend Paris wouldn't go there ever again either and she's from Toronto. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNSANITARY. Does not live up to their Instagram photos in any way shape or form. Or atleast definitely not on my friend Paris's nails, that's for damn sure!

The customer service is horrible. One of their NEW clients came in and wanted Biogel, but a staff member PATRICK, essentially forced her to have acrylic powder. In turn she ended up with hives! And when she contacted this establishment they didn't even recognize her concerns or anything! #theyleftheronread So if you want to spend a lot of money on an establishment that treats their customers, PAYING AND TIP LEAVING, customers horribly then go ahead and do so. And while you're at it tell them add somes hives to your mani and pedi.

I've been going to hardrock for 2 years now and have gone to many salons in the past. The range of colour selection is like no other that I've seen and nail designs are endless. I've seen Doug David and Johnny and have always had consistent, flawless nails. My only advise is to pre book your appointments because they are the most wanted men in Toronto! A must try if you haven't already.

I have been going to Sereniti since the doors opened. All the services they offer are wonderful and all the staff are professional and friendly. I regularly get my hair and waxing done at Sereniti but have in previous visits used the other services, which include nails & spray tan. They also offer a great range of products to purchase. Love Sereniti :)
