Do not go here! You have been warned! I wish I had of read the reviews before I went. No customer service, poor work. They cut my foot! They water down their OPI nail colours. Very disappointed. When there for a shellac mani and pedi. Service was terrible. Spa for pedicure was cold despite my request to warm up the water. Massage chair was broken and didn't work. During the manicure, the girl cut my finger because she wasn't paying attention. After less than a week, 2 of my shellac nails have already completely come off. I won't be returning. I used to have regular treatments there but over the last 6 months service has gone so far downhill that I will not be returning. Read Less

Just visited this salon and not very impressed. I have had shellac on my real nails all year and have been to about 9-10 different nail salons where all of them take the previous colour off with the aid of the electric hand tool (unsure of actual name). Tonight they didn't do that - so I queried it and the lady explained that it isn't good for your nails...I was fine with this, but just asked then if you were still going to be able to see the marks/uneven bumps on my nails on...ce the new colour is on - she assured me no. So, I trusted her and was fine with that. However, the colour was put on and finished and I showed her how you could infact see the marks still which was my original concern and that the new colour didn't have full coverage on my nails - the lady didn't offer to fix and just said "oh" and then told me it was "all finished" and charged me $30. The shop was closing and they obviously couldn't be bothered. Won't be back considering the poor job and service and the fact that the other places I frequent are only $25 for this service (and one place even does basically half a manicure included). I understand it is only nails, but still disappointed in paying for a very average service so wanted to warn others. See More Read Less

I got my nails done here and the customer service was really good, a little pricey for $90 acrylics but the girl who did them "Sarah" was really nice would go back here and also my nails haven't come off yet Read Less

Went to get my nails refills. They talked me up to a new set. I got point SNS. The colour was wrong and there excuss was "it's faded on the display" the SNS doesn't go all the way down my nails and on majority of my fingers the point of the nail is not centred.Tried telling the lady before she put the colour on and she ignored me. This resulted in me being upset the whole 2 hours it took.When I told the one in charge she saw what was Wwrong and said someone else will come fix it... when the lady came over she did not see what the problem was. So she took to the nail filer and pretended to fix something... again i told them I was very unhappy...They charged me FULL PRICE!!I do not recomend this place to anyone who wants a good experience. New salon thats just opened in Melbourne Central on the ground floor, near Mac Cosmetics and The Body Shop (just down in the little inside lane way across from OPSM and The Lolly Shop.Thought I would give it a try as it looked nice and new and wasn't very busy compared to the normal place i go (Goddess of Nails and Beauty - they are very good). I went in for the removal of acrylic nails and then wanted shellac placed on top. Removal took forever, had my hands in a bowl of acetone for about 35 minutes i understand it has to weaken the acrylic but they kept checking it and it wasn't weak enough (i have had this done before at another salon took about 10-15 minutes) then they didn't really listen twice when i said i wanted them to be short back to my normal length so they could go ahead and remove the tips. Anyway once it was all removed the shellac was applied so bad i couldn't believe it, no prep to my nails were done i don't know maybe i had to pay extra for that but they didn't buff, cut the cuticles, apply oil before or after and didn't moisturize like other salons i have been too. Some of my nails were filed so they were on a slant. I even left with shellac on the base of my fingers i will attach a photo.I left with my hands felling dry and crusty from sitting in hot acetone. I get my nails done a lot and go to a few salons, i have never felt the urge to write reviews before but i feel like a nail salon should at the very least be able to apply polish correctly and since its new I'm sure people will be wondering what its like. All up it cost me $35 which is the same price i would have payed at QV or Emporium Goddess of Nails and Beauty which is where i would recommend :) Read Less
