I was so disappointed and angry after my visit. I got SNS nails done this morning. Told the lady to NOT cut my cuticles and she still did-- extremely angry about this. She also filed the top of my nail prior to dipping it in powder-- most other places don't do this and filing your nail ruins it. Not sure why she didn't listen to my instructions. Nail shape was horrible and she handled my hands so roughly that I have cuts near my nail beds. HORRIBLE PLACE, DONT GO

Great place, good coffee, lovely people and their massage chairs are awesome! A great escape from the daily routine. My SNS nails stayed on for ever!

Quiet salon with really friendly staff. They did a great job on my SNS nails and shaped them really well. Their SNS color choices were also really great. I would definitely come back and recommend!!

Love this place! Been coming here for 7 years and I’ve always left satisfied! Harley is awesome for spa pedicures and Nick is awesome at fills! I definitely recommend this place! Not to mention, it’s very clean and they recently remodeled it. I will always come here for my paws and claws

Bryan is hands down one of the rudest hairdressers in Melbourne - barely gave me a second of his time to ask what I want and really did not make me feel like he wanted me to be there/I was imposing on...
Bryan is hands down one of the rudest hairdressers in Melbourne - barely gave me a second of his time to ask what I want and really did not make me feel like he wanted me to be there/I was imposing on him knocking off early (even though the store was still open for another 45?). Even on a technical level he did a very, very rough job - sides are a shocker and are likely going to cost me to get another hairdresser to fix up.
Work on your attitude mate.

Held my friends hens night here - it was fantastic! The salon put together a custom package for us, including bubbly! We were able to use their VIP private room and even had our male entertainer join...
Held my friends hens night here - it was fantastic! The salon put together a custom package for us, including bubbly! We were able to use their VIP private room and even had our male entertainer join us at the venue ;) Lots of fun and a very happy hen! Thanks Julie and team for making the evening so special!

Wow! amazing service!! I got a manicure and pedicure and the quality and service was so great. I was offered tea, coffee or water by the lovely woman in the office and the foot massage was amazing 😍

Was so happy with my haircut, staff are super friendly too and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Their message chairs while you wait are the best! Highly recommend this place!

I was so disappointed and angry after my visit. I got SNS nails done this morning. Told the lady to NOT cut my cuticles and she still did-- extremely angry about this. Bryan is hands down one of the rudest hairdressers in Melbourne - barely gave me a second of his time to ask what I want and really did not make me feel like he wanted me to be there/I was imposing on him knocking off early (even though the store was still open for another 45?). Even on a technical level he did a very, very rough job - sides are a shocker and are likely going to cost me to get another hairdresser to fix up.
