Perhaps they need glasses? I can’t explain how else they would let me walk out of there with such a poor job. I gave up pointing out mistakes after showing them the jagged filing job and the parts of my nails with no lacquer... I have never been so happy with a set of nails as I am with my new set by Wonderful Nails. Friendly and helpful staff, attention to details and a beautiful end result. i have read the unpleasant reviews and in the interest of fairness feel that i should give an alternative view. i have been going to Wonderful Nails regularly for some time. they seem to have lots of regular customers besides me, so we can't all be wrong! There is plenty of choice in South Yarra but i go here because i think they do a great job and most importantly the manicure lasts. Read Less

Very unimpressed with my manicure this week. I always get SNS as I find it lasts the longest but they only had about 5 colours to chose from (really not good enough when SNS has been around for so long) so they offered to do SNS and put Shellac over the top in whatever colour I wanted. I wish I'd said no. Something that normally takes 1 hour (during my lunch break) took 1hr 40!!! My nails are uneven (wider at the top even though I asked multiple times for them to be evened out) they are different lengths and completely rough along the top (at this point I'd given up asking). The Shellac looks TERRIBLE on top of the SNS and is all bumpy. It is annoying me so much I think I'll have to go and get it fixed up and spend another $60. Went with a friend who was only getting Shellac and it took almost 45mins for a simple paint job. Also, they ran the Shellac UV Light machine for 180 seconds which is far too long. It started burning our hands and we were taking them out from the itch. Such a shame - don't make the same mistake we did! Go elsewhere! Read Less

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Worst service ever!! Extremely rude, unclean and terrible work on the nails. Showed them picture of the simplest design and was told "no problems". After colour is done "Oh I can't do that". Absolute rubbish!! Had dust all through my polish. Technicians kept yanking my hands forcefully. Lowest quality service I've ever experienced at a nail salon. Read Less
