These salon is so bad ! They are racist, they ignore you !! Ive been going there for the last 3 monthes But the last i came with my boyfreind and asked to get pedicure for him aswell. They acted so rude and just did things so fast so wee will get out of there faster. I can also see that by the way she did my nail this time so fast (sns) didnt even do a good and basic menicur ... everyone looks at the tv and dont see that they skip stages in the menicure . The salon was empty when I entered but that didn't deter me having been to another in greville Street before Xmas, that was packed, but gave terrible service. Not La Chiq nails however. The service was good. I was recommended colours to match for the pedicure and manicure. The finish was excellent & my toenails were cleaned to perfection. I wish I can give less than one star. Worst nail salon experience. First of all. Staff are exceptionally rude. They are constantly talking to each other, clearly about customers. Went in with a picture of what I wanted. Halfway through she said oh well charge extra. And she gave me the worst shape of my nails. I tried to politely ask her if she can change it when she was only two nails in, showing her my original picture and how it's rounded and the shape she gave me is so pointy. She very rudely came back saying that's the finished shape I'm only just starting and then going on to continue talking to her Colleagues. So I sat quietly and she finished and the shape was horrible and nothing like what I had asked for. Just a terrible experience from start to finish. Lauren and the team are superstars at what they do. SNS wears for at least 3 weeks and if I ever chip or crack a nail, I can always pop in, get it fixed up free of charge and I am on my way with a beautiful set of nails again. The waxing & tinting service is also amazing. Read Less

worst customer service. made no eye contact with me when i walked in. sat me down i tried to explain what i wanted with my acrylics kept dismissing me and not let me finish. needless to say it was the opposite to what i wanted. used to get really friendly service like i was a valued customer, not anymore. thats ok i can go to the other 50 nails places on chapel st. what a shame. Lauren and the team are so friendly and professional! Went to Houng for waxing and SNS nails she was fantastic!! I wasn't made to feel rushed at all and they were all helpful (and patient) in helping me pick out colours!
