Terrible experience. I had asked for stiletto nails and was coming in for a refill already having that shape. They charged me $70 for crooked slanted nails, I came back the next day to ask if somebody could correct it and the next lady filed my nails so aggressively that I was left with about 6 small cuts and friction burns to the point were my fingers were actually bleeding. The lady had no hesitation putting the acetone straight on those little cuts which was so ridiculously painful. Terrible service, bad experience and low skill level. I worked in the shopping centre and would tell any of my customers who asked about my nails (once I found an amazing nail lady) how terrible the Melano service and skill was and to avoid going at all costs. Like many others. Wish I had read the reviews. No one to meet you. Then when Staff member walked out eating a plate of food. Took over 2hrs to do nails. I should have read reviews before I burned $30 into this salon. I had a gel manicure done over a week ago, did a very bad job on removing my cuticles as one of my fingers bled and still kept pushing it back! It only took them 8 minutes to finish off my gelish which and now the gel is already wearing off after 1 week! I am so pissed. I hope they close out. Staff doesn't even speak proper English! Horrible absolutely horrible! Got gel nails and the lady did the worst job ever! It hurt and she did much damage to my fingernails and she got the nail polish all over my finger and I asked her to clean it up and she cleaned a tiny bit of it and left all the rest of it and said that its clean enough! Worst experience ever. Rude to me. Demanding. Not gentle. Hurt and pulled at my nails and hands. Played on there phone. Acted like they didnt want to be there. Rushed. Took 2 hrs to do sns. Apparently there's a $10 removal fee of my old sns which I was only told after she'd taken it off. Charged 50bux for a new set which is ridiculously overpriced let alone when the quality is shocking!! Owner was so rude to customers walking in while she was doing mine and also answered a call from her "leasing agent" and put it on loud speaker to discuss her not wanting to pay 8grand a month in rent. I was their first customer of the day today, I got a full set of Acrylics, I asked for Almond shape, and white shellac.. my nails are now all different shapes, the acrylic is so thin that one of my thumbs has already fallen off and the shellac looks horrendous! Not even full coverage over the nail. I do not recommend them at all. The lady was also rude to other customers that walked in while she was doing my nails.
