I went to this salon a few months ago and had to return twice within 5 days to get nails repaired. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned on the weekend to have the same experience. I asked for SNS with coffin shape, the lady said that it is ugly and my nails are too short (despite having them this way for years). All of my fingers are different lengths and two nails are lifting and it’s been 5 days. DO NOT GO HERE if you want quality, variety and good customer service- you are wasting your time pand money. Not happy. They left me sitting there with my toes in a UV light for over 20 min. I finally took my feet out myself because it didn't seem safe. I had to sit on a super uncomfortable stool while they painted my toes, too. And it cost $50 for a pedicure with shellac. Way overpriced. Read Less

Pretty bad. I was a walk-in 3 hours before closing time, but most of the staff were rinning out the door, so one would do part of my pedicure hurriedly & leave, then the next, and the next. The water was cold underneath, hot on top. I wound up with only one layer of polish and NO TOPCOAT. I was not given flipflops. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to do the final coat I gave up, shoved my feet into my shoes (which one of the workers had sloshed water all over) and left. My polish smudged on the way home in my shoes, so now my incomplete pedicure looks worse. Read Less

worst nail job I've ever had. full gel set on existing nails with a matte black finish. my nails are not matte, but lumpy and have air bubbles throughout. went to try and resolve it the following day. was told no refunds and that they can't do matte. they shouldn't have said yes if the manager says they can't do it well... terrible service and terrible job Read Less

Worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. My finger nails are different lengths, uneven nail polish and chipping already and I only had them done yesterday. I'm about to remove the polish as it looks so bad. I won't even go into the pedicure, I need to go somewhere else to get a real pedicure! (and manicure) The girls were not interested in talking to me so I felt rather uncomfortable whilst I waited for the polish to dry. Shame as it was a thoughtful gift from my niece. We went on a Saturday which was CRAZY busy. This is to be expected for a walk in nail salon. I have a sneaking suspicion that making an appointment would not help in any way. They accept everyone who walks in no matter how busy they are. The staff is so nice. They really are just absolutely sweet. I felt bad for them because they were insanely busy and some of the customers were being fairly rude. They kept making passive aggressive comments about how long things were taking. I feel like you can't have the same expectations of a walk up salon as you do one where you make an appointment. There were pros and cons to this place. Some of this was probably related to how busy it was. It would be interesting to go during the week at a not so popular time to see if it changes at all. Pros: The staff were sweet and did a decent job on my nails. I enjoyed the hand massage after my nails were done. They were quick but weren't sloppy. They are competitively priced with other nail salons. it was $40 for gel nails. This is actually cheaper than my favorite salon in America but right along with the prices I've seen for other local establishments here.Cons: There is no organization to how they accept customers and with how busy they were they could not keep track of when people arrived and in what order. Maybe one of those machines where you take a number would help keep this aspect a little more organized. There were a number of girls who came in after me and my friend that were served before us. At one point we politely asked if we were going to be served soon. The staff will also switch around while they do your nails. It seems like they have a system of girls who prep your nails, paint, and other things. I had multiple people assist me. I enjoyed my time at this location. I had a great conversation with Tammy while she did my nails. There was another lady who performed the massage on my hands after my nails were dried. She was also very kind and did a nice job on the massage. I would go back but maybe on a different day and at an odd time where they wouldn't be as busy. Read Less
