Am a regular customer in once a month at least. Walked in a 3:45pm today there were 2 customers being seen to and one of the technicians getting hers done. I asked for an SNS refill and I was asked if I could come back tomorrow. I said “but you’re open til 5:30?” And was just repeated come back tomorrow. I explained I can’t and then was just looked at blankly. I have been seen on the spot when 6 people were already in there. I didn’t mind waiting but there was more than enough time for paying customers. Last straw not going to be coming back just bad business. Read Less

My nails are left clumpy and not covered in places one nail has a big noticeable lump and was charged an extra $5 for long nails when i was only getting a refill and the acrylic was already there along with the fact that the staff were not very friendly and felt as if that were talking / laughing about me Read Less

Worst experience ever!! I went in for waxing, ushered in with no greeting or smile, I tell the lady what I wanted and she points to the couch. She leaves the room and then another lady enters. Still no hello or how are you. I tell her what I want, no pre care or after care. I kept telling her the wax was too hot. She blew on it. At this point I'm thinking this is not good. She randomly waxed areas then pointed that she was done. No showing me and asking if it was ok and she just walked out. At no point through this did she speak to me or try and make me feel comfortable considering it was such a private area that had been waxed. Never have I ever felt so embarrassed or degraded and I will never set foot back in there. When I told her I was unhappy and that was an aweful experience she replies with "thank you" and walks off to serve another customer. Worst service and no customer service skills. Read Less

Not impressed, went in with a friend to get Gel extensions with shellac, booked our appointments to get a spot and we went in and they didn't know who we were. They asked if we wanted gel or acrylic and we both said gel, and they did acrylic? She shaped my nails almond and I wanted them a bit shorter and she wasn't impressed at all and I felt like they were laughing/talking about me, she didn't even shorten them hardly and just went on without seeing if they were suitable. Glue all over my fingers and the nails are stuck to my skin and they just hurt too. Also they don't clean their tools after clients, they keep using them. I'm studying Beauty so I know what to look for. Unhygienic and not coming back Overall wouldn't recommend ! Read Less
