Would never go back there again… I booked an appointment to have an SNS nails done on a Thursday, for the following Saturday. I went in for the appointment on the Saturday to find that they didn’t have the sealer required for the SNS nail procedure “because of Christmas”. The girls there offered me an alternative, acrylic nails, which they said were less durable and wouldn’t last as long as SNS nails. I wasn’t really ok with that, as I booked a service that I was expecting to receive it, and its not really the customers problem if they couldn’t order enough stock in. It should have been communicated sometime in that period of time fro the booking to the appointment that there wasn’t adequate sealer for the SNS procedure, and all customers should have been notified prior to coming in to the actual shop. To continue with what happened at the shop, I told the girls (there were about three there at this stage) that I wanted extensions on my nails, to which they said there wasn’t enough time for the booking. They were surprised that no one had asked or that I didn’t tell them (I think the latter - again communication issues here), and I explained to them that each time I’ve has SNS nails done, I’ve always had extensions, so assumed that it was inclusive for an SNS procedure. They immediately went to book another appointment with me, to which I said no to both the nails and the new appointment and walked out. I don’t think that a business’ poor anticipation for weekly customers and miscommunications within it, also between their customers should be made the customers problem, which today it was. I would never return to this shop, as it was a complete waste of my time, getting ready to go the store, going there etc only to leave because of the shops lack of organisation. This was my first time in dealing with the shop, and certainly my last. In comparison, I hoped on the train to Chelsea Nails in Bayside Shopping Centre, and got my nails done - straight away with no hassles. Read Less

The customer service was great, lovely girls and great looking interior. I got sns done and 6 of my nails came off after 5 days. The girls offered to fix but had only 15 mins to fix 2 nails, I decided not to go through with it as by the time I finished work another 4 fell off. I had sns before multiple times and wore it until they grew out, 3 to 4 solid weeks(working, gardening, swimming etc). Quite disappointed and won't be coming back.Read Less
