Called 3x to make an appointment. When I actually went there Tena said she is appointment only. Her website says walk ins are welcome. I told her I called 3x and she said that she didnt answer because...
Called 3x to make an appointment. When I actually went there Tena said she is appointment only. Her website says walk ins are welcome. I told her I called 3x and she said that she didnt answer because she didnt recognize the number. It makes no sense to be appointment only and not answer unknown numbers! Clearly she is only interested in servicing her current clientel.

Clean, hygienic and professional - Kinh and her staff are friendly and accomodating, even opening before hours to fit me in. Fantastic service - I don't go anywhere else.

If I could give zero stars this place would had achieved it. Soon as me and my gf walked in staff spoke in their own language the lady was pointing at me. Then another lady said in a high pitched voic...

She and the girls are so passionate about their work, they always make a trip to the salon such a treat and would never let a client leave without absolutely beautiful nails. Thank you so much Kinh- I wouldn't get my nails done anywhere else!
