Received SNS nails here two weeks ago. The girl cut/scratched my finger with one of the drills, almost like a paper cut underneath the cuticles. Two weeks later I went to a different salon to have the SNS replaced, and found green splotches on two nails! I've been advised this looks like a bacterial infection (potentially pseudomonas) likely due to water being sealed in between my natural nail and the acrylic. So a fun two week nail makeover is now likely to turn into several months worth of treatment, possibly antibiotics, and careful watching to make sure the infection doesn't "burrow" into the nail bed. They are always rude, I first heard of them when I got a groupon voucher but it was hard to get hold of them to make a booking, and when I just walked in they were not helpful either. I finally got to do a shellac manicure but I was still charged on top of the voucher but I still don't understand their calculations... Anyhoo... Read Less

Ruined my nails. They dont soak off shellac they just sand off the polish to save time which also shaves off some of your nail. When i requested they be soaked the gel wouldnt even come off because they dont even have the right strength remover. The gel polish also cracks and comes off very easily. Avoid avoid avoid. Exceptional in every way possible. The woman love their jobs and it is obvious. They greet people with smiling faces, they provide you everything you will need before you have to ask. They treat you like family. I personally wasn't feeling the best and for my brief moment in time with them they made me feel so much better. You can't get better than this. Last time I came here 3 weeks ago it was $35 for SNS which was so good and they did a pretty good shape etc. one nail lifted after 1 day though. Today I came and it was $40... for same service (full new colour - same as last time) which is good price but just different. First girl doesn't speak English well so she cut too short and didn't keep the same shape that I told her I wanted to keep - she just nods but actually doesn't understand you. I was disappointed to be honest, as it took 90 mins, not right shape - manager offered tips but I don't like tips. Staff are nice enough.  After 90 mins my parking was up... and had to be completed - yes, they were busy... but it should not take this long. Overall they look nice enough, but just not the result I wanted or asked for. Read Less

They are dirty and don't clean the foot spas or their utensils. They ruined my nails and even though I got a pedicure my feet are exactly the same as when I went in. If you want to pay to get your nails ruined and a possible infection then this is the place for you. Read Less

I asked for SNS in which I've been getting for over 12 months now. I've never had issues with nails lifting or breaking off. After two days I had two nails break, snapping my real nails. I also have since gone back on Saturday (day 4) and had them repaird, of which one has come off again. I currently have one nail completely lifted off for the second time and three other nails lifting and it hasn't even been 7 days. Do not go here if you want quality. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. They were understaffed which I understand happens, but the end result was so bad that it wasn't worth spending almost 2 hours there.At least if they did a good job in the end I would have left happy.Worst sns job ever and I have sns glitter all over my fingers and my toes would have looked better if I did them myself Read Less

Travel for business 3 times a week through my hometown Nashville airport...always thought about getting my nails filled here but never had the time until today. I walked from the B concourse all the way to the nail shop by C15. Upon entering someone asked what I needed. I asked for a fill and they said no one could do it today. Being that it was only 3pm and I have a 3 hour delay...I am definitely disappointed. My nail shop I frequent would keep serving customers until there aren't any more waiting. After missing my early morning flight I found myself with several hours before the next. Having neglected myself for the past 10 days I was in serious need of a mani/pedi and a bang trim. Nicole was very happy to accommodate me and I had a wonderful time visiting with all who stopped in as we spent Christmas Eve together. When we were finished somebody said what happened to that other lady who was here. LOL I had been transformed by Nicole. I stopped through Nashville airport on my way back to Chicago and had a 3 hour delay. I was so furious I decided to just go get my nails done there at the airport to kill time. I came out feeling so much better. I had the honor of meeting a lady named Denice she did my pedicure. Not only was it amazing but she was a very nice young lady. Got a full set done here Monday evening and 5 of my nails have fell off within the last 3 days. I would not recommend going here. Just wait until you get where you are going. Such a waste of $40! Very unhappy with my services. Read Less
