Worst place I’ve ever been for my nails my nails looked so bad and lumpy, the salon is so dirty and rough they made my nails bleed on multiple fingers and when I walked out and said thankyou and waved I didn’t even get eye contact, one of them raised their hand and that was it.

Very thankful to the lovely lady who worked late last Sunday to finish my nails. I am very happy with how they look. The girls were all very friendly. Thank you :-)

Having experienced a botched job elsewhere, I tried Th Nails in the Rosebud Plaza. The young man did fantastic work on my nails and repaired the previous bad work. He was careful, studious, and just got on with the job. Too many chat with nothing sensible to say. Thank you, Th, you will see me a third time.

Wish I could give 0 stars. after being overcharged for SNS REFILS, 2 of my nails broke off a day later. when I went back 4 days later to get them fixed the manager and the ladies working were extremel...
Wish I could give 0 stars. after being overcharged for SNS REFILS, 2 of my nails broke off a day later. when I went back 4 days later to get them fixed the manager and the ladies working were extremely rude and abrupt when I said I was over charged previously and then needed 2 of my nails redone. sure enough later that day another nail broke. absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS whatsoever. I wouldn't waste my time or money there ever again. Disgusting and rude people.

Terrible experience. Rushed through a pedicure without any proper attention, proper filing or cleaning or preparation and the painting was rubbish. I could have done it better myself. Clearly quality was sacrificed to fit in the waiting people. Won’t go again.

Can't apply tips correctly or file acrylic properly or professionally, they curve up to the sky (the complete opposite direction they're supposed to be) I am 100% sure they were trainees as they look terrible with thicker acrylic on the very end of the tips than in the centre of the nail! Uncomfortable, will be surprised if they even last the weekend. Lovely people in there, but not capable of doing acrylic nails.

This place is terrible. Nails fell off after a week (was thankful in the end, although waste of $50!!) The young lady I got was abrupt and rushed. I told her I'd like a rounded natural looking tip and when I got to desired length she told me "too short now for rounded". Firstly that was not true, they were still very long, i looked like I had ET's fingers! Secondly if they were too short why didn't she inform me as she was cutting that the nail I asked for wasnt going to be possible if I wanted to go any shorter!?
Cuticles were inflamed and sore after nicks from that grinder. Never again.
Also, it makes me uncomfortable when someone with a grinder on my fingers is speaking in a foreign language to a colleague and wont even acknowledge me.

Disappointing - wanted an SNS refill on top of tips. Came out with much shorter nails because the tips were ruined by the removal of the previous Sns polish. When I complained to the manager he was no...
Disappointing - wanted an SNS refill on top of tips. Came out with much shorter nails because the tips were ruined by the removal of the previous Sns polish. When I complained to the manager he was not prepared to offer a discount. I have used this salon a number of times but will not be going back.
