Tina Eyelashes is exceptionally unreliable and unprofessional. The girls often make customers wait beyond their booked appointment time as they book far too many clients and are understaffed. I was a loyal customer of theirs who, when they couldn’t do eyelash refills at Bentleigh travelled to Ringwood to continue providing them with regular business. In return, I have had aggravation and been disappointed by their service on multiple occasions. I once waited 45 minutes after my appointment to have service. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer? Only to be pacified and told she will be with me soon. Tina, the owner, often promises customers a discount and doesn’t relay this information to her staff. Her staff then charge a standard price even though you were promised a cheaper rate. Honestly, I’d rather pay the full price if it meant a reliable and professional service. The lack of communication in their business unfortunately solely effects the customer and not the business at all. Got my first gel manicure from Eastside Nails today after swooning over their Instagram for months!! Their nail designs/art are top notch and SO unique, which is what drew me to them. I saw Jaime and she did a phenomenal job!! I told her where I was going for vacation, what color palette I was wanting, and she created a gorgeous geometric design! I am using my sons's google, my name is Margaret. I have being going to Tina's for many years for eyelash extensions. The ladies working there always do a great job , never having any issues whatsoever with their work., I never ask for anyone in particular as I have found them all excellent at their job. I also have had my nails done there and it is great that they can do your nails and eyelashes at the same time, so convenient and time saving. Dirty Salon. Bad Staff. I sat waiting while someone who walked in off the street was taken for eyelashes straight away. My coworkers got me a gift card to go here. I usually go to Venetian in Green Hills. I'm so glad they did! It's been over a month since I've been able to get a Pedi, so I know my feet were ruff. Lol. Not great, no dryers for regular nail polish (or if there are they weren't offered so left with wet nails. Needless to say they were marked within minutes!
