I got my nails done today, and I always come to this place and they always do an amazing job! This one time I go I pay $65 for SNS French tip, and I can honestly say that these are some of the worst nails I’ve had done in awhile. They’re all bumpy, and the women doing my nails cut me. The lady who did my nails was brutally horrible! She was talking to another ladie in their own language while she was doing mine that I felt like they were criticising me. Sorry I’ve been critical but I waisted my time as well as money for nothing and just ruined my day. To be frank, the quality of the nails does not worth anything! I was so excited to get my first ever nails extension but literally destroyed my day! Their is absolutely no an exaggeration in this regards. i just got the 2nd worst manicure of my life by this place, not to mention he didn’t say a word to me the entire time. I also have burns above my eye from having my eyebrows waxed there. My eyes stayed red a lot longer and were sensitive to the touch and I now have long scabs from the burns healing. I loved this place for years so I’m very disappointed to have to say I won’t be back. Just had sns for the first time. Love it! Did the lady check her phone whilst we waited for the gel to be removed? Yes. Does that matter? No. She was lovely, efficient and did a great job on my short brittle nails. And they give a discount for cash payments. Will for sure to again Read Less

I have read the reviews of this place and I approached with skepticism. But I had a very good manicurist. Even though I opted for the cheapest pedicure available, I wasn't treated with an attitude. The therapist was very good and detailed too. So I guess no matter which place we go to, it's really the person doing our nails who make or break the place. But their hygiene levels are good, which is important to me. The massage chair was lovely and I enjoyed the whole experience. It was $45 for a normal pedicure and I left the girl a small tip which she was very appreciative towards. We go overseas and tip when we get good service. Why not do it here? First time I went here it took 2 hours for someone to look after me. If I ever go now, I make an appointment but it still takes about 30 minutes before they get to me. They are always super busy, same prices as other places but I feel the quality at other places is way better. Staff aren't always friendly but they do give you your own file and buffer to take home and bring next time. On average, I haven't liked my nails coming from here and prefer to go to other places. Visited a few times. Every time had a different issue, either the technician began filing my nails into the wrong shape or they left me awkwardly waiting with a hand half finished while they texted. The nails themselves lasted for 2 or so weeks until I had them removed. If you can show them a photo of what you want (verbally describing what you want has always created more issues for me) and don't mind dodgy customer service, this place will be fine in terms of the actually sns quality. But for a minimum of $55 per set, I know of other places that offer a better service. Read Less

Kathy is the BEST at gel nails! And, Mary always does a fabulous job at pedicures! I also feel pampered at Lien Nails 5 and would highly recommend Kathy and Mary! Make an appointment, though, because sometimes they get very busy. If you can go on a Monday or Wednesday, you'll be even luckier because those are their slowest days, or so I hear. Read Less
