I enquired when I got there whether I should have shellac or nail extensions. I ended up picking shellac glitter nails. When filing my nails she made my finger bleed. She then put the glitter nails on...
I enquired when I got there whether I should have shellac or nail extensions. I ended up picking shellac glitter nails. When filing my nails she made my finger bleed. She then put the glitter nails on and when I looked at the finished result the tops of my nails could be seen through. I asked her why I could see my nails through and she informed me this was because she couldn't paint to the end of the nail. So basically I had most of my nail shellaced but not the top. So it looked like nail varnish chipping. I expressed my unhappiness about this but she was not bothered in the slightest. No offers to rectify it. She left me leave unhappy knowing I was not going to go back and that she had done a bad job. Biggest waste of money ever and not even good nails to soften the blow!

I have had my nails done at this place for the last 12 months. I keep coming back because the price is reasonable, the staff are friendly and the place is clean and conveniently located. Ample parking is available at Coles at the back of the shop. A honest, family-owned service at reasonable price!

Don't expect 5 star hotel standard, but the staff are attentive, know their trade and the price is very reasonable. It is conveniently located with Coles car park at the back providing 2 hour free parking. Nearby Bridge Rd, Victoria St provide ample choices for a nice cuppa or cheap and tasty Vietnamese meal before or after your manicure/pedicure service
