I am new to Melbourne - moved from Perth 8 days ago, and so did my current acrylic nails. I needed refills and walked up to Victoria Gardens to get my girlfriends hair cut and my nails done at the same time. I walked into Hollywood Nails and asked if I could please get my refills done. Not sure if the person who responded was in charge of the salon or just for the day but she literally barked at me "Come back"I wasn't given a time frame so I had to ask "how long?" to which she responded "1 hour" She was so rude I just walked away as she was shouting if I wanted to wait.. Like I had a choice. There were hardly any clients in there at the time and I have been to every local nail salon in Perth, where they have been crazy busy and still treated me nicely and let me sit down and wait or given shellac colours to look at.Never going back to this place.
