This place was horrible. I went in yesterday for a gel polish and regular pedicure. The woman doing my nails didn't paint the entire nail and left all the edges unpainted. When I asked her if she could paint the rest of my nail she said she wouldn't because it helps the gel from peeling. However she didn't even paint down to the cuticle so now it's been one day and my nails already look grown out. She also didn't paint my whole nail on my toes which was with regular polish, so there's really no excuse for that. All in all I wasted $65 for a horrible manicure and pedicure that I will have to get redone by the end of the week. Read Less

Usually very happy with my nails here but this time I was very disappointed in the service. I got shellac on my hands and feet and the colour I had selected for my feet had run out so another pink was selected by the staff. The first swatch looked okay because it was pale like I wanted. Then once the service was finished it was actually a very bright pink. I went home thinking Id grow to like the colour but a few hours later I called the salon and was told to come back in the following day at 11am. I got there and was told "We can not redo it because its bad for business". After explaining that I had rung back and been told to come in and standing my ground I was finally seated to have the shellac taken off and a thin seethrough layer of OPI applied. I was much better than the bright pink but I was disapointed after paying for shellac and leaving with standard polish. I am away for 5 weeks and I wanted it to last.. which this won't. Rude abrupt young lady manager. I will never be going here again. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Further to this after I was so rudely spoken to and eye rolled at by this manager I went to the nail place further down the road and was greeted by some lovely ladies who offered me a Mount Franklin water. Best nails! I've been coming here for two years now and the girls here are all amazing. Being a beauty therapist myself I can be quite particular. It's great to have found somewhere with such lovely girls who provide such a clean, efficient service. The girls take great care when soaking off and removing any remaining gel, and ensure that they do not damage your natural nail. I recommend the SNS as it stays looking amazing for around 3-4 weeks! These guys are cheap, efficient & always busy. Sometimes you will expect a wait other times they are able to serve you straight away. They are clean, friendly & have a variety of colours to chose from. The only downfall I find is they are cash only, which I always seem to forget which leaves me running to the ATM each time.
