horrible service, they let so many people come in till it’s packed and tell people to come back in 15-20 mins or so when no one will be finished in time to take them in anyway. I’ve been there over 20 times now they were good at the start obviously since i’m a new client, but the past couple of times i’ve gone they’ve rushed my service even though i’ve booked and appointment so they should have enough time to do what i want. I’ve even told people to come here since i liked it so much at the start but everyone said the same thing they just felt rushed and they don’t really listen to your requests (eg. shape or thinness of the nail) and they don’t give you moisturiser unless you ask which is silly because your hands get so dry during the treatment. They should realise that when they actually put effort in people will like them an enjoy their service but they’re just lazy. Read Less

What a rip off!!! $41 for SNS refill of my own (short) nails. Asked for spa pedi as well. Told to wait for nails first. Nails took so long bc they kept getting people to wait while they start /finish everyone that walks in. When nails finished told have to wait 30 mins for my pedicure bc they forgot & gave the only chair left to a walk in. Lousy job. Filthy place. Thick dust on everything- clearly never been wiped down. The soaker bowl was filthy & looked as if it had already been used by someone else. Do NOT recommend!!!!! 1 star only because won't let you rate without one - otherwise Zero stars Read Less
