I got my nails done with shellac and she didn’t properly take off the colour from before. I have lumps where she didn’t smooth down the nail properly and have bits of dark blue colour down the sides or my pale pink nails. Good colour range and the girls were nice enough but I wouldn’t go back. At the end of the day I hve lumpy nails with the wrong colour didn’t the sides- pretty poor. Read Less

To all Maggie’s regular customers, this Salon is never the same after Maggie sold the business!!! The new owner Cindy and the girls she brought with her are absolutely incompetent and careless. The services were extremely poor and 6 out of 10 nails were ruined before I even took my wallet out. Not a single “sorry” from Cindy, she was too busy arguing this was my fault as I didn’t wait for the full 3 minutes....while the girl did my nail was long gone and I wouldn’t have a clue when the “3 minutes” were up. Didn’t even offer to fix the problem and the previous owner’s manager fixed up in the end. Will never go there again for sure! Really miss Maggie’s great work and awesome services! Read Less

This place offers you 15% off your booking if you show them a five star review. That's why there are so many good reviews of this place online for nails I think. I was charged $60 for SNS nails which is more than I thought it would be but I did not want to complain as the nail tech seemed adamant about the price.Was charged $5 for removal of shellac and $10 for cuticle care (more on cuticle treatment below) plus another $5 for getting two colours of SNS instead of one (no other nail salon has charged me more as it's the same process and time used it's just using another pot of powder).The nail tech didn't listen to me after I'd given strict instructions of which nails I needed to keep long to play music with and which ones I wanted shortened and CLIPPED off one of my long ones. Proceeded to put a tip on without apologising, appeared to want the mistake to go unnoticed. Used the nail drill and acetone when taking off shellac and burned my skin numerous times with the drill.I didn't realise I needed to ask for my cuticle tended to and wasn't told the cost when asked. Burned my skin in numerous places and clipped raw skin off in parts. Very rushed and painful.Used the drill way more than I've seen another nail tech use it and as my nails are already so thin, I'm worried they've been damaged.The shape is uneven and the edges are not uniform and jagged in parts.There was SNS powder stained on various fingers.My cuticles are also a mess.Didn't offer moisturiser at the end of the treatment, it was just on the desk where I paid and I had to ask what it was and whether I could use it.Thoroughly disappointed with my service and I'll never return.Please stop asking your clients to write you a good review for 15 percent off. It's shameful and you won't learn where your nail technicians need to improve. Read Less

This is my first time here, recommended by a friend. I've previously had SNS for the first time last month somewhere else (too far from my home though) and came here to have it removed and a new set put on - looking for a place where I could come regularly. They were swamped but still managed to fit me in as a walk in, and they didn't rush my nails so the end result was amazing and I'm really happy. They also had a really large range of colours. I've been here a couple of times for a wax and found the beauticians quite nice and knowledgeable. I liked that they didn't spend the whole time trying to make awkward small talk with me, like most beauticians do. Rather they spent time concentrating on the task and provided some advice. One girl was quite funny once I started the convo and the other quickly picked up on the fact that I like to keep my beauty routine quite natural and suggested I use fresh aloe Vera to calm the skin. Both were very thorough and made sure the job was done right. I've had half assed waxes before, but not here.
