Van did my nails yesterday. They are honestly the best sns set i have ever had! I chose a funky royal blue with a matte finish and i cannot fault her on a single thing! Usually technicians rush and theres an imperfection, but she took her time and i am so extremely happy! I shall only be booking in with her now!

Worst service and very rude staff. Older woman there was so rough with my hands and kept cutting me. My nails all fell off after one week. I went back to have them fixed and she denied ever doing them...
Worst service and very rude staff. Older woman there was so rough with my hands and kept cutting me. My nails all fell off after one week. I went back to have them fixed and she denied ever doing them. I had to fight with them in the store and threaten to go to centre management before they fixed it no charge. DONT GO HERE

There seems to be a lot of bad reviews, but I have only had fantastic experience there. Have been coming here for the past 4 months and it's always great. I've been getting shellac all my life and it always falls off after 2-3 weeks, but NOT at this place! When I get my nails done at this place shellac stays on until I either pill it off or they take it off for me. Prices also very reasonable. I think these ladies are great and always very nice. Should defs check them out!

Me and a friend came here to get mani/pedis and found the service to be good, nothing phenomenal but nothing bad either. The girl that did my nails was really nice, and she took care when doing my nails. I found the price to be quite reasonable also. I would come back here again and recommend to others.

Omg I have never seen such sour faces in my life !how do these places run ??
Never ever again !! No personality nothing horrible experience

Went to Hollywood nails on Saturday - some of the staff was nice however the woman who did my shellac was sloppy, she had painted on my fingers and the area around my cuticles aren't straight either. ...
Went to Hollywood nails on Saturday - some of the staff was nice however the woman who did my shellac was sloppy, she had painted on my fingers and the area around my cuticles aren't straight either. She had only put one coat of shellac on top so its not strong at all I feel like my fingers going to bend back and forth easily.
Wasn't impressed at all. Wont be going back. I think ill stick to the people I go to in the city, same price and sooooooooo much better in all the things ive listed above!

Find somewhere else. This has to be the worst service I have ever had, I was an extreme regular there & they treated me like dirt, every thing is fine until you speak up. I didn't like the color on my nails and asked can I go back the next day & have it changed they said yes come back & change it to any color, when I went back they lied to me & said the lady that does my nails wasn't there & to come back in 2 hours thinking I wouldn't go back but I went back after an hour & she was there, they insisted they didn't tell me I could change it to any color & I would have to pay again, I said to the lady why are you lying, & the one with Huge ears lent forward & started yelling in my face, the whole shop went quiet & stared at me, I felt like an idiot, I told her I will never come back & she said, I dont care.

Really rude service. The older lady that did my SNS Did a terrible job really patching, so patchy I had to have three nails redone as she buffed off most of the colour. But it wasn't till I got out side that I realize just how bad they looked in natural light. I should have just painted them myself instead of paying $45

Not happy with the service
At first they said it was 35 for a manicure and shellac then charged me 40. I waited 20 minutes before someone started to soak off my nails. nails are not painted properly to the edge. Considering i got a manicure i had to ask for cuticle oil and they didnt even offer me moisturizer. I understand they were busy so waiting did not bother. However walking out not happy with how my nails are painted to the edge and tothe base has put me off coming back. Never have i gotten my nails done ans dislike the service and treated badly.

There seems to be a lot of bad reviews, but I have only had fantastic experience there. Have been coming here for the past 4 months and it's always great. I've been getting shellac all my life and it always falls off after 2-3 weeks, but NOT at this place! When I get my nails done at this place shellac stays on until I either pill it off or they take it off for me. Prices also very reasonable. I think these ladies are great and always very nice. Should defs check them out!

The girl that did my nails was really nice, and she took care when doing my nails. I found the price to be quite reasonable also. I would come back here again and recommend to others.

Went to Hollywood nails on Saturday - some of the staff was nice however the woman who did my shellac was sloppy, she had painted on my fingers and the area around my cuticles aren't straight either. She had only put one coat of shellac on top so its not strong at all I feel like my fingers going to bend back and forth easily.
Wasn't impressed at all. Wont be going back. I think ill stick to the people I go to in the city, same price and sooooooooo much better in all the things ive listed above!

Really rude service. The older lady that did my SNS Did a terrible job really patching, so patchy I had to have three nails redone as she buffed off most of the colour. At first they said it was 35 for a manicure and shellac then charged me 40. I waited 20 minutes before someone started to soak off my nails. nails are not painted properly to the edge. Considering i got a manicure i had to ask for cuticle oil and they didnt even offer me moisturizer. I understand they were busy so waiting did not bother. However walking out not happy with how my nails are painted to the edge and tothe base has put me off coming back. Never have i gotten my nails done ans dislike the service and treated badly.
