Customer service was ok but that's about all! Took only 20minutes for a two week refill. After which I said they looked no different and could they please be fuller. I was told that because I wasn't seeing my usual lash girl they weren't going to look the same! I was told I would be getting 1 extension for every real lash however I got 1 extension for every 5 real. My lashes look so bare. It's been 6 days and my lashes are sore and falling out. Would not recommend!!

Came here for a sunescape Spraytan and I would defiantly return. Staff member was so friendly, made sure she knew what colour I was after and did a good job of the tan. Would recommend highly!

Absolutely love my new lashes!!. They gave me such confidence as soon as they were applied and I've received so many compliments on my looks since! Love that they look so natural and are easy to care for. Would defiantly recommend any of the lovely beauty therapists, They are all extremely skilled and so friendly. Permanent lash addict now!

I recently travelled to Melbourne for the Spring Racing Carnival. I'd visited Melbourne before and went to Luella Beauty for my waxing and eyelash extensions so I was so happy to hear that they now have a new mobile tanning service!!! It was very convenient that they were able to come to my hotel. I LOVED the tan. It looked natural, even, and lasted nearly 2 weeks! Their professional and friendly service made me feel very relaxed and comfortable - i can't speak highly enough of Luella Beauty. Thanks to Tegan and Michelle - BEST SPRAY TAN I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Will definetly reccommend to all my friends when visiting Melbourne!

Small, cosy, and very personable. The girls work was very officiant and great attention to detail! Great Brazilian waxes!!! Very friendly!!

Customer service was ok but that's about all! Took only 20minutes for a two week refill. After which I said they looked no different and could they please be fuller. I was told that because I wasn't seeing my usual lash girl they weren't going to look the same!
