Usually so good. This time my pedicure was fantastic however shellac manicure which was completed in 15min or under, was rushed by another lady who filed my nails unevenly, managed to paint my skin and left my cuticles looking horrendous. They did fix them once I pointed it out but didn't seem to be apologetic about the lazy job. The lady doing my nails was really sweet and understood what nail art I wanted. But my friends nail artist was rough and mistook what my friend said and filed her nails down to nothing pretty much. I will be returing but hoping I get the same girl. Read Less

I have been having my nails done back in the UK for 2 years, acrylics and gel nails with no problems. After only just moving to Melbourne, I decided to try out Nail Safari only to be met with disappointment. The lady I had was very rough with the application and even cut me with the electric drill file making two of my nails beds bleed. After only 3 days after application, the nail varnish on the acrylic started to rub off (hinting it wasn't applied correctly) and one nail even came off. After leaving them for a week, I decided to go into the salon and complain, only to be met with conflict and pushing the blame back onto me. Eventually they agreed to fix the nail with no charge. I kept saying that the natural nail underneath was damaged because of the application, but was met with no reply or apology. I will not be returning. Read Less
