Shocking slow service, took my mother in there at 1.30(had made an appointment) and we didn't get out till 3pm. No customer service whatsoever. Very rude and left us sitting for long periods of time ...
Shocking slow service, took my mother in there at 1.30(had made an appointment) and we didn't get out till 3pm. No customer service whatsoever. Very rude and left us sitting for long periods of time with no attention. No sterilisation of equipment that I could see and no concern for the customer at all. My mother is elderly and has dementia.They attended to walk-ins and gave no preference to those that had booked. Also their English is terrible and they are very hard to understand, often talking amongst themselves in their own language. Never, ever again.

Don't even think they deserve a 1 star! My nails were all different lengths and as I told them the color wasn't as dark as displayed. Asked them to fix them nicely but they would only make them shorte...
Don't even think they deserve a 1 star! My nails were all different lengths and as I told them the color wasn't as dark as displayed. Asked them to fix them nicely but they would only make them shorter. So I asked them to soak them off which they did. They said they wouldn't refund me! I was embarrassed in front of 8 other clients and they made me walk out crying! $50 later I have no nails and a major headache. I am sooooo embrassed and upset!

Very disappointed. It used to be great but now my nails don’t even last a week a huge waste of $50. Won’t be back anymore.

Came here at 11.15 they were full. Was going to sit and wait. They said could I come back in 15 minutes? Sure. I came back to see new people sitting there starting getting their nails done. Finally told to sit on a seat. 45 minutes later they have asked me to choose my color and that's it. Still waiting. They won't even make eye contact. If you don't have the staff to do the job then tell people that rather than have them waste their day waiting. I have been into the hairdressers and had a color etc quicker than this.

The worst rudest people!! Went in with my neice to spend some time because it's her birthday and they pretty much ruined it.. So rude.. Tells me to pay half way.. And in the rudest tone... DO NOT GO H...

Don't even think they deserve a 1 star! My nails were all different lengths and as I told them the color wasn't as dark as displayed. Asked them to fix them nicely but they would only make them shorter. So I asked them to soak them off which they did. They said they wouldn't refund me! I was embarrassed in front of 8 other clients and they made me walk out crying! $50 later I have no nails and a major headache. I am sooooo embrassed and upset!
