I’ve been going there for 2 years. They always do an amazing job. I hate going to nail salons where they don’t not talk to you & irs awkward . But that’s never happened here. I’m always entertained. Daughter had gel nails done and wanted a very basic design like a triangle coming to a point at the tip of her nails. She works and goes to college her money is budgeted. She allows herself this one extra expense every 2-3 weeks. She was put to soak for almost an hour as they accommodated walk-ins. Was spoken to rudely and asked to move to make way for another walk-in. Her nails were filed down way to short to the point of why bother with putting them on? They were extr...emely thick and the polish job was horrible. Not even sharp straight lines. Looked like a kid did it. Wanted a refund for the nails and polish but not the removal. They said they never give refunds. They said she could come back in but I said no. She spent way to much time there the first time and had to leave to get back to school. Great salon, most definitely would recommend to visit! One of my grey SNS nails was coming up a little funky and the ladies tried their hardest to fix it but it wasn't meant to be. They completely took this nail off with no fuss and re-did it again from scratch. It was a little frustrating that the powder did not wish to cooperate but we got there in the end. My disabled daughter & I have been going to a certain local nail salon for over 5 years. They sold to a different owner 6 months ago and since then we have had several various problems. Yesterday we had an appointment set up way in advanced and when we entered the salon we were immediately yelled at that our appointment was scheduled for the day before which would of been a Tuesday. That was an error on their part since my daughter has a standing massage therapy appointment e...very Tuesday so I would of never made an appointment on that day. We left and will never return again sadly. We then took a chance to see if La Chic Nail Spa had availability for both my daughter & I for both mani/pedi and to much of our surprise they did!!! We were very grateful & pleased with the service we received from both Vivian & Vickey and they even fit in the time for my daughter's wax!!! They get a little busy sometimes and it takes them quite a while even with an appointment. I always get a gel mani and light acrylic and they never seem to have the time to complete it with the hand and arm massage that makes the trip there worth all of it. I was told they don't always do the massage but I'm not sure why as it's usually the finale of a manicure. Vivian does my brows and does a beautiful job, Johnny, Q and Daniel are all very good but it's super hard to get to them. I know there's a push to make as much money as possible in a day but I wish they weren't so rushed all the time. All in all, it's a good place to go you just need to be patient and persistent in what you want done and forgive them if they're super busy and don't have the time to be as personable as you might want them to be.
