Sad to see the bad reviews - I went recently as a recommendation from a friend who has the best nails. Ally did an amazing job and the girls are friendly and chatty, if you chat to them. I hate seeing so many women complain about the nail shop ladies "speaking their own language" seriously stop being so paranoid, they don't have time to whinge about clients they are simply chatting like we do in "our language". SNS soak off, and new set put on with tips all for $37. Legit cheapest I've ever paid and wonderful service. All the nails being done looked great so I'm sure any of the ladies can do a great job :)

I have been a regular customer but this is my last time! The girls here are so rude and talk as if they are doing it for free I came here to get a pedi shellac and menicure but I am going somewhere else for menicure and never coming back ! When I asked this girl to behave she just went away someone else took over and she kept talking in her own language so rude and appalling service moreover my pedicure looked horrible never coming back so many salons offering services at same price

I've been gotten my nails painted here twice and both times have chipped by the next day. Poor customer service and overall bad experience. Don't recommend.

I could not be happier with the service I recieved. Alpha was about to close, it was a Tuesday evening - But the nail technician sat me down without hesitation, and fixed me for shelac on toes & fingernails - the only thing was that she would not have time to do a full man/pedi. That was absolutely fine with me - she'd already kept the salon open after hours for a 'walk in'. Happy with price - $42 for the lot. Beautiful people, beautiful finish - very happy

I would never come back here again. This was my 4th visit and each time I've received bad service consistently. There's a huge language barrier, but other than that the staff are very rude and not friendly. Price-wise, they're decent. Got my acrylics manicure and spa shellac pedicure, and after day 4, my shellac started coming off!!!!!!!!....WHYYYYY???...Summary: bad service, bad quality, bad everything.

There's a huge language barrier, but other than that the staff are very rude and not friendly. Price-wise, they're decent. Got my acrylics manicure and spa shellac pedicure, and after day 4, my shellac started coming off!!!!!!!!....WHYYYYY???...Summary: bad service, bad quality, bad everything.
