Excellent manicure and pedicure every time. Hollie is a great manager and looks after the customers and her staff. I am surprised at some of the reviews and think people are more likely to give a negative review than positive. I have been coming here regularly for 2 years and my gel nails only last 3 weeks from Fresh and nowhere else, so I never go anywhere else in Melbourne. All my local friends go to Fresh too, because they are the best!

I would have done better on my own, staff not experienced, it should be quick and well done instead of that It’s long and you have to tell them how to work. I mentioned nicely that I wasn’t happy with the manicure , the girl answered in a rude way that I should have say something before the end. Disappointing. Don’t go there.

I honestly don’t recommend because they were rushing, did the shape wrong and I asked for sparkling sns but I couldn’t have it because they couldn’t open the lid

Yes they we’re quick and did a half decent job on sns but the salon is a tired and in need an up date. The lady was rushing and I walked away with a few sore bleeding fingers, one filled side of my finger and a couple cuticles nicked. Lady apologised and when paying discounted the service by $5. All in all I won’t be going back next time.

There is nothing fresh about this place. The towels used were so old and grey, the seat surrounding dirty and the nail varnish old and gloopy. I had a pedicure which was put on so think it wouldn’t dry. One of the staff offered to reapply and did a better job but because the varnish was so old it chipped the day after. Owners need to step up!

Rushed job. Nicked me a few times when trimming cuticles. Applied the gel really thick so under the UV it felt like it was burning every time, and on top of that didn't paint close to the cuticles so ...
Rushed job. Nicked me a few times when trimming cuticles. Applied the gel really thick so under the UV it felt like it was burning every time, and on top of that didn't paint close to the cuticles so they looked like they'd grown out within a couple of days.
Will not be going back here.

After commencing my pedicure I asked how much to include a manicure and was told 40$. Imagine my surprise and dirlstaste when they charged me 45$. At the counter. Not only is this morally wrong it is also a breach of the fair trade act as it is misrepresentation. It’s a shame because this is a good nail bar but I won’t be going back.. Ever!

I love this place. Well priced and the staff are really good at what they do. On the very rare occasion that my SNS has cracked, the ladies have fixed it for free - so I always get my 3-4 weeks of perfect nails :) good idea to book ahead if you can as they have some very busy hours in the afternoon!

Excellent manicure and pedicure every time. Hollie is a great manager and looks after the customers and her staff. I am surprised at some of the reviews and think people are more likely to give a negative review than positive. I have been coming here regularly for 2 years and my gel nails only last 3 weeks from Fresh and nowhere else, so I never go anywhere else in Melbourne. There is nothing fresh about this place. The towels used were so old and grey, the seat surrounding dirty and the nail varnish old and gloopy. I had a pedicure which was put on so think it wouldn’t dry. One of the staff offered to reapply and did a better job but because the varnish was so old it chipped the day after. I love this place. Well priced and the staff are really good at what they do.
