It was my very first time going and it's a wonderful, fun and great atmosphere. It feels like I've known her forever! They make you feel at home and they love and care about their customers. I love my nails, they are absolutely beautiful! I've gotten soooooo many compliments since I got them done yesterday. Visited the new nail salon today and unfortunately had a horrible experience .firstly there was an issue with the language barrier and the young lady didn't understand what I wanted after a quarter way through she asked if I like I then questioned this isn't what I asked for she was doing French manicure with no nails. After some explaining she then started to do SNS which in other salons I've been told they are shellac nails. This lady was rough and in some parts she actuall...y was hurting my fingers with her nails to the point there was actually blood from my thumb when she finished . The end results went great either and there is actually a visible line so with my whole experience I'm quiet unhappy. The lady also was on her phone when ever she had a chance - completely unprofessional... When it came to payment they charged me $50 which was disgraceful as she added on the charge of a quarter job .
