Cut four of my fingers, and had to restart my SNS as they made mistakes the first time. Waste of 2 hours, and still charged me $40.

I got clear sns on natural nails, lasted a week before i started getting cracks in the sns. Waste of money. Dont go here!

Just left Odyssey nails, not the first time I've gone there for a full set of SNS.
Advertised 30% off, but apparently they cannot do the maths correctly...

Just left Odyssey nails, not the first time I've gone there for a full set of SNS.
Advertised 30% off, but apparently they cannot do the maths correctly...
I had Lina do my nails this time and I wasn't completely happy with them. I left with cuts around my cuticles that were still bleeding and very sore nails.
Shapes we're not done consistently and the SNS they used was clumpy, and the top coat mixing in with the blood coming out of the cuticle. Not a good look and not a good feeling at all .
They did nothing to resolve the issue but give me a bandaid that I had to request myself.
Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because last time I was there and had the manager (Lisa) do them, I was very happy with them.
Edit: after suffering for the last few days with it getting increasingly worse, I have decided to give 1 star instead of 2.
They claim to be 5 š work guarantee. Definitely not this time.

Went to get shellac nails. They cut the cuticle too deep and it really hurt. Not that great at customer service. Nails were not evenly done

First visit and I didn't care for this place...tools not santized and dirty, cuticles cut raw to the point of bleeding (the nail technician even comically said to me and her co-workers, "look at all this" refering to my cuticle skin she cut away. Eek.), unprofessional throughout service. Overall, the store was pretty dirty and would not go back. Not even for a freebie!

I was very happy with my experience and the service here. I only get one nail done as it is a split damaged nail. Other places I've been get annoyed at only doing 1, but the woman who served me at odyssey was more than happy to oblige and even suggested a better way to do it than what I had had elsewhere. She did a beautiful job and my nail looks natural now. Thank you

umm the experience was a bit rude as they were talking in the own language so we couldn't understand and they cut a bit of skin so now it will not stop bleeding

I had Lina do my nails this time and I wasn't completely happy with them. I left with cuts around my cuticles that were still bleeding and very sore nails.

I was very happy with my experience and the service here. I only get one nail done as it is a split damaged nail. Other places I've been get annoyed at only doing 1, but the woman who served me at odyssey was more than happy to oblige and even suggested a better way to do it than what I had had elsewhere.
