I should have read the reviews! Worst shellac job ever. Very rushed, painted down over my cuticles then when I'd mentioned it they did my toes without going down so far and couldn't paint a neat line if they tried. Can I give this place 0 stars? The guys actually went over my skin on my finger when filing my nail for shellac. When I told them that it hurt the guy continued to do it until I pulled away. I walked out with nothing but a chunk of skin missing. It's not worth going there! Read Less

Absolutely awful service, my fingers are so sore from them using the sanding/electronic filer, they filed my natural nail right back to the nail bed 🙁 3 of my nails face a different direction, they are super thick and look soooooo fake. They were very rude as I was trying to choose a colour and because they were closing in 20min they kept saying “come on hurry, choose quicker or we leave nails as is!!!! I paid $50 and ended up with thick ugly nails that hurt my fingers and a colour they choose which was soooo gross 😠 I urge people to go to an Australian run store, as all the tools they use are regularly sterilised or new!! It's unfortunate there is no option to rate a zero. The service is horrendous, staff are very rude and unprofessional. They cannot do their core business: my nails and my mum's were both terrible after getting them done. We had to get them redone from somewhere else. We were not even allowed to speak to the Manager. Disgusting service. The salon is filthy, instead of cleaning their stations they sit on their arses playing with their phones. Then used all their filthy utensils on us!! The woman that did my nails was so rough and so rude I couldn’t wait to get out of there, she was making a point of pinching and twisting my fingers my nail beds are sanded down to their last end and throbbing! When she turned the fan on nail dust went up in my face! My nails are crooked, uneven, rough and hideous. They’re not worth $50 at all!! Do not go here! Thoroughly ticked off! Highly unprofessional, overpriced and rude customer service!!! Not even worth half a star. Never coming back here again!! I got acrylic nails done and three days later one of them snapped. I've had acrylic nails done several times but it has never snapped from opening a door! So I went back and asked them to repair it and they charged me $5 to fix one nail and while the lady was doing it she was taking a call on her personal mobile, which is highly unprofessional. The staff was very rude as well. All they care is about the money and not the quality. I also had shellac pedicure done and three days later the nail polish started peeling off. Usually these are meant to last a month, but clearly the staff didn't do their job properly. You're better off paying more at another place than ever coming here.
