I have never been treated so rudely by a nail tech in my life. The African American lady in there was so ugly to me. She said I was being rude for asking for the water to be warm and for asking for a specific nail color. I asked for a discount for being treated that way and they refused. The only thing she said to me the whole time was that my hands were dry and she would bark and order me to move my hand here and there. When I first started going to this salon to get waxed they had a woman that could get it done in 8 min but she has since left.They have had a couple other really young girls wax me and they were slow and missed alot which I didnt see til I got home. I have been getting nails done here for many years and am very happy with their professional service . Nothing is too much trouble and the online booking service is very convenient and easy to use . Mum and I have been coming here for many years. They loved seeing Mum come in through her cancer treatment and always made sure she was well looked after and she got what she wanted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place is an overpriced JOKE. It doesn’t deserve to be in such a nice community like Spring Hill. I waited for over an hour. Then they moved me to two other seats for another 30 mins. Could have just told me: hey, it will be 271636382826262 hours before anyone can see you. ALL I WANTED WAS A NORMAL WHITE TIP FULL SET!!! Everybody else in there was getting their toes done, their nails done, their eyebrows done, etc. all in one visit. I have been to this place today after making an appointment two days in advance. The staff did not accept that I have done so and showed no business etiquette by telling I am not in the system. When I showed them my call history, with reluctance they agreed that I have done so. On the other hand, the Shelacque staff does not show loyalty for its customers and one lady became unreasonably argumentative. When I wanted to reschedule my halfly done appointment due to shop closing, which they had asked me to come, one employee said that they were fully booked and no appointments for 'fussy' customers. What they wanted to highlight in there was, they have plenty of clients and I can go to some other place. I am sure there are techs that are professional at Spring Hill Nail Spa..BUT, the girl I had was terrible. I had a "simple pedicure", trust me, it was simple! She got up at least 4 times to greet and wait on other customers, when she came back, she forgot where she was on my pedicure. I also got a fill for my nails. If you're looking for great customer service and just an overall good not great quality experience DO NOT WASTE your money, time, or energy on this place. The customer service is very bad. I'd rather drive farther rather than give them one cent of my hard earned money. The quality of service could be decent or absolutely horrible yet the rudeness is pretty consistent I've tried giving them a few opportunities since their location is convenient and I know people have bad day...s but the last two times I was there I noticed the charge on my debit card was more than what I'd written even with a tip (even though it WAS NOT deserved). They are very professional and well staffed enough to get to appointments and walkins quickly. They do an outstanding job on my nails. They are very gentle and don't cut me. Also they wax eyebrows to perfection. They offer complimentary wine and beverages. I'm pretty loyal to this place. Read Less

The people were friendly & took me right back when I arrived. The only thing is that the polish I picked had gotten too thick & after the first coat, she added something to the bottle to thin it but it still looks too thick on my nails. She should have told me to pick another polish with it being too thick because it took forever for it to dry so I ended up smudging it a little on 3-4 nails. Read Less
