Have been visiting Napoleon Nails Mornington for a number of times over the holidays. The ladies do a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier to revisit every time I go to Mornington. Highly recommended....

I got shellac on my nails and they were lifting after 2 days. When i phoned to discuss this there was absolutely no apology and when i went in to have them redone the guy was incredibly rude. I asked ...
I got shellac on my nails and they were lifting after 2 days. When i phoned to discuss this there was absolutely no apology and when i went in to have them redone the guy was incredibly rude. I asked as to why it may have happened and he said it was my fault though based on other reviews, I can see others have struggled with the same issue. In a small local town, I'd recommend they invest some time and effort into costumer relationships.

I have never had nicer nails and I get my nails done every second week. I got acrylic and it was so smooth and it was perfectly shaped. They were so friendly and professional! I live an hour away but ...
I have never had nicer nails and I get my nails done every second week. I got acrylic and it was so smooth and it was perfectly shaped. They were so friendly and professional! I live an hour away but would honestly drive the distance to go there again, that’s how good it was ❤️

Horrible experience will never go back as I was getting them done my finger was cut badly and the lady continued to be rough with it. Acrylics were very badly done and one nail was crooked. I was told...
Horrible experience will never go back as I was getting them done my finger was cut badly and the lady continued to be rough with it. Acrylics were very badly done and one nail was crooked. I was told my nail was crooked. I always get my nails done and that nail is never crooked. One nail fell of 3 days after getting them done doing everyday tasks it is currently a week since I have got them done and 4 nails have fallen of every time I get my nails done they always last at least 2 full weeks. This is a disappointment not worth going here at all.

Came in to get my nails done a week ago was extremely happy with result! Unfortunately two snapped because i like them long and should have opted for acrylic instead of sns. But i walked in and they fixed them for me free of charge and gave me the right advice on the type i should get next time thumbs up from me thanks napoleon!

They charged me an extra $5 for the shape ??? Like what, that's suppose to just be apart of getting your nails done. I asked for coffin square shape so I don't understand why I was charged not only for the shape but I didn't even really get the coffin shape, there literally just square. I would've also liked to be informed that shape cost money.

I've been going here for 5 years and had the worst service ever today. Grumpy staff, no smiles or conversation- other than in a language I don't speak and then a refusal to let my five year old use the toilet. Difficult to get up and take your child to the shopping centre when you are half way through a manicure. I shall be taking my business elsewhere in future. Poor customer service.

I got shellac on my nails and they were lifting after 2 days. When i phoned to discuss this there was absolutely no apology and when i went in to have them redone the guy was incredibly rude. I asked as to why it may have happened and he said it was my fault though based on other reviews, I can see others have struggled with the same issue. In a small local town, I'd recommend they invest some time and effort into costumer relationships.

I have never had nicer nails and I get my nails done every second week. I got acrylic and it was so smooth and it was perfectly shaped. They were so friendly and professional! I live an hour away but would honestly drive the distance to go there again, that’s how good it was ❤️

Horrible experience will never go back as I was getting them done my finger was cut badly and the lady continued to be rough with it. Acrylics were very badly done and one nail was crooked. I was told my nail was crooked. I always get my nails done and that nail is never crooked. One nail fell of 3 days after getting them done doing everyday tasks it is currently a week since I have got them done and 4 nails have fallen of every time I get my nails done they always last at least 2 full weeks. This is a disappointment not worth going here at all.

Came in to get my nails done a week ago was extremely happy with result! Unfortunately two snapped because i like them long and should have opted for acrylic instead of sns. But i walked in and they fixed them for me free of charge and gave me the right advice on the type i should get next time thumbs up from me thanks napoleon!

I've been going here for 5 years and had the worst service ever today. Grumpy staff, no smiles or conversation- other than in a language I don't speak and then a refusal to let my five year old use the toilet. Difficult to get up and take your child to the shopping centre when you are half way through a manicure. I shall be taking my business elsewhere in future. Poor customer service.
