It used to be a great service (manicure, pedicure, customer service, etc)...but recently the last few times have been very poor service. The manicure is done in a hurry, not really looking after the clients; especially after being going there for such a long time!! The voucher could not be used because had been expired for already 7 days...but even though the voucher is purchased through the system, there is nothing to keep people on top of it, and it seems like they only care about money and nothing else. Because apparently there is nothing the tax man could do! A phone call to tell them that is going to be expired could be great and would definitely show a better customer service!!!! I’ve had both SNA and shellac and both didn’t last long at all. Shallac on toe nails lasted under a week. SNS lasted 2 weeks. I’m hard on my nails but disappointed since the experience and people who work there are so nice.... Read Less

Heard about this place so thought I’d give it a try, huge let down! OVER PRICED - paid $50 for an acrylic refill and shellac and was charged $5 to remove my toe shellac then charged another $25 to have them simply painted! CRAZY. The guy - who seems like the manager - was rude and disinterested. I get an acrylic refill with shellac often in Oakleigh - who do an amazing job- and have never paid these prices for an Asian run nail bar. I had been going here for a while now and for a number of treatments, waxing, nails etc. Always had a good experience, until recently. the ladies working there are so sweet and do a fantastic job, however the manager, I think he is the manager, was actually quite rude and has changed my outlook on the entire place now. I had such a pleasant experience at Miss Urban! Lee, was polite, punctual and professional on the phone & in person. Yen & Mai are amazingly talented nail technicians. Customer service was above and beyond & overall I am truely pleased with the process they took removing my existing SNS & reapplying a full set. Love the outcome.
