I've been here twice and pleased with both visits. Moving from NYC, I found most Melbourne nail salons overpriced and the service they provided sloppy and half-assed. A typical pedicure in Melbourne generally means you'll be lucky if they scrub your feet. KT Nails is priced fairly and they do really nice work. My daughter and I had vouchers for manicure and pedicure and booked an appointment. There were two girls who were waiting for us when we arrived and started doing our pedicure. But in 5 min time a woman came in without an appointment and she was told to come back in 20 min.( instead of telling her to come back in an hour because they have just started doing two clients!). As a result only one manicurist was left to look after us (despite our booked appointment for 2 people), so my daughter had to sit and wait when the other girl finished my nails and then started doing hers, accidentally in her hurry cutting her cuticle so deep, that we couldn't stop the blood for half an hour (was still bleeding well after we left). The girls are experienced -. I understand that they don't want to lose clients from the street - however, -booked appointments should be a priority;perhaps they might consider having an extra person for booked appointments to prevent rushed jobs and accidents during service. I had a manicure and pedicure - was very impressed with how clean the salon was, the range of OPI colours, and how friendly the staff were. Would highly recommend as their prices are very reasonable and my first visit was a very enjoyable, relaxing experience. Read Less
