Walked out of my appointment with 3 fingers cut and bleeding due to filing my fingers not my nails with the drill. Incredibly painful. Polish was gluggy with lumps and as a result my nails look horrendous. I immediately commented that my fingers were sore and the polish was wrong and the man got really angry and wouldn't let me leave without paying the $40. So disgusted by this service, now I'm left with cut fingers, crappy looking nails and my only option now is to go and have a new set done elsewhere which is money out of my pocket through no fault of my own. **EDIT: Went back to speak to them about my fingers, he grabbed the cut and picked it open with his finger nail and made my finger start bleeding again. Disgusting!!! The man who did my nails cut my fingers and made me bleed!!! The glue was all over my fingers and behind my nail was covered in glue. The nail polish wasn't thick enough and while my nails were being done they decided to stop and have a 2 minute conversation with the other workers in their own language!!! My nails look like they are about 2 weeks old! To make it worse they could clearly see I was upset and when I asked how much it was the lady said $45! I asked her if she thought these nails were worth it becuase they look hideous and she laughed in my face, turned to her workers said something in her own language and said "give me money" Disgusting!!!! I went today for the very first time getting a mani/pedi! The service was excellent. I'm so happy with the results. I would go back in a heart beat plus my 2 little girls had an amazing time getting their little nails painted by 2 wonderful girls. LIP WAX IS A++ EXCELLENT. Attention to detail, warm wax, with tweezer finish. Absolutely lovely girls here. Not chatty at all (perfect) but obviously very kind/caring (perfect). Absolutely great place to go. I have had a manicure, fake nails, nail removal, and lip wax done here. Manicure was fabulous. Fake nails were A+. Nail removal, well she did her best, but my nails were all messed up when I arrived so we couldn't get it all the way done. I'm sure they're great at it usually. They're great at everything else. Lip wax - BEST. Best in the centre, best in the suburb, best in the state, better than Northland, better than everywhere. Go here for lip waxing you will not be disappointed. Oh ... The lady doing my nail was hurting me and I flinched and she said "don't move!!" So I said " stop hurting me then". Then she did a pathetic job quickly finishing them off to get me out of there because she appeared angry I said something to her.Terrible! Worst nail experience I had! Read Less
