Lovely Nails at Mildura Central is the rudest nail salon I have ever been to. Especially the owner. She treats her customers like they are worthless. Doesn’t greet them or speak to them, except for making it obvious that they are speaking about you. Their skill set of doing nails are pretty poor as well & they get really angry & feisty if you tell them that the nail is crooked or that paint has dropped onto your skin. I used to go there every 2/3 weeks due to the convenience of not having to make an appointment, hoping that if they seen me as a regular that would treat me better but that is not the case at all! Getting your nails done is supposed to be stress relieving.. this salon definitely does not do that. They don’t respect any of there customers & I highly recommend finding a salon that values their customers & has passion in what they do. Read Less

Upon arrival at the mall store I waited at the desk until the hairdresser had to cut off her client to get the attention of two nail technicians on their phones to serve me. Then had SNS ripped off my nails with no soaking or preparation using one of the plastic nail extensions. Continued to then drill my bare nail back. Whole process was very fast and careless however end result turned out well. Few hours later all 10 nails aching, especially when pressure is put on fingertips - very painful and uncomfortable. Heard so many bad things about this salon - both stores - but gave them the benefit of the doubt.. will not be returning, and wouldn't recommend if anyone wants they're nails to be looked after! Painful and one of my new nails broke off an hour after getting them done and then another later that night, only one layer of the gel was done. The colour is also coming off already and it's only been a few hours, not to mention they aren't the same lengths. We're very rough on my fingers and now have very sore areas around my cuticles due to not enough care being taken and them being shredded with the polisher bit. I've been a regular for about a year now only by chance having approached elsewhere one morning who had me waiting for 10 minutes only to tell me I had to make an appointment and the earliest possibly a late afternoon or maybe the next day. I don't spend at Possibles and Maybe's. At lovely nails I love how you can get so many professionals all in the same place each providing such a beautiful service and the greeting you get on arrival is great. It's nice to be acknowledged immediately when you enter. My nails always look amazing and it always makes me feel great. Thank you ladies at Lovely Nails. Customer service really does matter.
