I would have given 5 stars but after today I'm very annoyed. Have been going to the salon for a year and a half now since I moved to the area and I did find the girls lovely and very good. I went 2 months ago and got my nails and an eyebrow wax done. Nails were fab as always but the person waxing my eyebrows actually ripped the skin off and my eye was quite sore for quite a while after. She kept going back over and over the same area. I'm pretty sure she realized what she had done as she passed a comment to one of the other girls in the salon!! I didn't think much of it as usually I'm not one to complain so I let it slide. Then today i was all excited because I looked at my loyalty card and saw I was due my free turn yaaay.. I went to pay to be informed (by the same person that ripped the skin off my eye) that the card is only for pedicures!! I was never informed of this when I first got the card and everytime I've gone in it's always been stamped for a manicure, on no part of the card does it indicate it is only for pedicures nor does it state a value as to what the "free" turn will be, and even the person who did my nails last time (whom I think is the owner and who is AMAZING at her job, very attentive and gives wonderful manicures) said "oh next time will be free". The girl eventually only charged me the difference between what my manicure was and the cost of a pedicure but i am still very disappointed with the attitude of the person i was dealing and the way I was treated. Done my full legs waxing. Not happy about the result cause my hair are all broken and not pulled off from the root. I felt like I shaved my legs. not happy to spend money for this, i should had do it by myself. they probably good with nails, but I don't suggest a waxing. Read Less

I got a full set of colour acrylics done last week and am so impressed! The shape is perfect and they have a fantastic colour selection. The girls are all so friendly, what is usually a boring and lengthy process was a really enjoyable experience being able to chat comfortably with my nail tech. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe playing soft music and having a sign urging customers to not speak on the phone. Not the salons fault at all, but another customer spent the whole time having a very loud conversation over the phone which just made for a bit of an uncomfortable environment. Salons are supposed to be a relaxing/pampering experience; no one wants to listen to someone name drop and gossip. Overall fantastic ladies, Middle Park was in dire need of a nail place and you’re doing it right! x Read Less
