Always lovely staff. Yes they speak in their own language to each other, but what nail salon doesn’t! The girls always ask me about my day and how I’m going before chatting to each other, always friendly! :) I have come here quite regularly for shellac polish and it lasts longer than any other salon in the area! (I’ve tried many). I can get 3/4 weeks out of it without it chipping! Whereas other places only last 1/2 weeks. Great work, amazing quality for the price. Keep in mind that a lot of people over-exaggerate things and are more likely to leave a review if they aren’t happy rather than if they are. Will always recommend these girls - great work, keep it up!

Unfortunately that is the Asian culture to talk in their own language and to each other which we do find offensive! But we are just there for an hour or so, no big deal!

Unfortunately that is the Asian culture to talk in their own language and to each other which we do find offensive! But we are just there for an hour or so, no big deal!
At least they don’t insist to soak your nails in acetone that ruins your natural nails and eats up the acrylic extensions!
They do it individually with cotton wool for each nail to remove the SNS colour!!
This is more time consuming and at the normal price!!

Atrocious, unprofessional & unqualified!!!! Visited this salon for a full leg wax 2 weeks ago & came away badly bruised on my inner left thigh. These supposed 'therapists' do not know what they are doing, my 16 year old daughter could've done a better job, that's how unprofessional staff are at this business! Pay a few more dollars & go to a bonafide beauty therapist. Staff will also attempt to increase the amount you pay, they tried to charge me $40 instead of $30 even after I spoke to them about the price prior to being waxed!

Me and my friends went to the Mount Waverley salon. The service was terrible they charged my friends $15 each for toe nail painting ( 1 colour ). The correct price is only $10 ( I rung up later that day and the woman said $10 ) the lady who did my friends nail stepped on her toe and caused the polish to smudge. My friend asked her to redo the nail and the woman just looked at her, scoffed , rolled her eyes and said “FINE”. The same lady who did my nails again did the exact same thing to me. Terrible attitudes. Most of the staff there were talking in there own language and were always looking at us while they talked. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK AGAIN.

Had leg wax and SNS.
I ended up with the lid from the wax applicator that they use falling off and I ended up with all the wax on my leg. I am lucky it didn't blister. It was inflammed brig...

I ended up with the lid from the wax applicator that they use falling off and I ended up with all the wax on my leg. I am lucky it didn't blister. It was inflammed bright red for hours. The lady incharge came running in after she heard all the comotion. They barely said sorry, they continued bickering with each other in Vietnamese.
After that I chose colour number 85 for my nails. Don't choose this colour as I think they have put the wrong number on the jar. It is so far from the colour on the manican sticks. It comes out a pink/mauve and not a neutral beige colour it is displayed. When I showed the lady she just shook her head and made out she didn't understand english!!!
The ultimate was when I went to pay, she charged me the full price for a wax mega stuff up and incompetent nail colour display matching. I couldn't believe it when she wanted the full amount. I stated that's not right or fair customer service and I refused to pay the full price. $5 off she ended up giving me and to top it off they wanted cash .... Shonky!!!

Very disappointing. We had a mani/pedi and when they trimmed my 9yr old's cuticles - two bled and our polish chipped within hours.
staff were friendly but we wouldn't go there again.

Never had a problem here. The service is amazing. Not sure about all the negative feedback. Maybe some from Mentone forget that this isn't Brighton

Remember that you get what you pay for. Their prices are much lower than most places I've been. They do a good job for the price you pay.
Would recommend to get Gel nails here, but nothing else.

The main advantage with this nail salon is that it often has a great special in the window, usually a cheap deal for a manicure and pedicure together. The downside is that you generally get what you pay for. Often there's a long wait, very little conversation and of course, that acrylic smell that lingers in your nostrils. If you feel like getting your nails painted, it's okay. However, if you want a pamper and to feel a little indulged, then I strongly suggest you keep on walking and splash your cash elsewhere.

Always lovely staff. Yes they speak in their own language to each other, but what nail salon doesn’t! The girls always ask me about my day and how I’m going before chatting to each other, always friendly! :) I have come here quite regularly for shellac polish and it lasts longer than any other salon in the area! Me and my friends went to the Mount Waverley salon. The service was terrible they charged my friends $15 each for toe nail painting ( 1 colour ). The correct price is only $10 ( I rung up later that day and the woman said $10 ) the lady who did my friends nail stepped on her toe and caused the polish to smudge. The main advantage with this nail salon is that it often has a great special in the window, usually a cheap deal for a manicure and pedicure together. The downside is that you generally get what you pay for. Often there's a long wait, very little conversation and of course, that acrylic smell that lingers in your nostrils. If you feel like getting your nails painted, it's okay. However, if you want a pamper and to feel a little indulged, then I strongly suggest you keep on walking and splash your cash elsewhere.
