Not happy with service. Had a sns nail break, went back to get it redone and come out with a different shape and nail turned out a lot thicker than others. I asked for it to get filed down so it was thinner but she didn’t seem willing at all so after a couple minutes of misunderstanding I gave up and said don’t worry. Shocking job they put on acrylic set cut them failed to shape them or file acrylic left all acrylic stuck under nails never cleaned them .left them too thick .tried to tell her to shape etc and all she did was wave her arm in the air...never going back there.. Read Less

Apparently it's rocket science to apply some shellac to my finger nails, whilst I listened to them yap in Vietnamese for 40 minutes, the incompetent woman managed to nip my finger with nail cutters, get paint all over my fingers and charge me $10 more than what they'd said on the phone. have been going to Anna and Ivy since she opened in Woodgrove the girls are so friendly and helpful I have nail art on all my fingers and have never ever been disappointed yet now I just say to them surprise me and they always do. I have been to all the shops Anna and Ivy own and all the girls are the same wouldn't go anywhere else as they know what I want and how I want my nails done as I have a very funny nail on my right hand and they have been the only ones that have ever been able to make it look normal... I have very low expectations with nail shops as most of them give poor service but wow i was disgusted just now at this place.. got yelled at multiple times by one of the girls and half the time couldnt even understand what she was saying.. very rude staff. I not normally a person who gets her nails done. Thought I would treat myself and get nails done for a ball I attended last night. The girls did a fantastic job. I went back the next day to get them off as the are not practical for my work. I assured girls they had done nothing wrong and they took them off no problems. Great customer service. I went to these girls just last week for a first time pedicure and am unhappy with my first experience, girls were lovely and love the colour of my polish but the pedicure itself not so much :( Still alot of dead skin and paid the xtra for the shellac and it was patchy/uneven. Will be going somewhere else nxt time. Read Less
