Worst experience ever. Sns came out in 5 days and broke my nails. When i went back to show them, i had to explain myself to 3 different people, and one offered to replace the sns. I waited 20 minutes only for someone to come back and say its not in their policy to do so. And on top of that, they were just so rude ! Was in the shop for less than 15 minutes before they asked me to give up the chair and leave. I’ve had express pedicures in the CBD that charge less and at least with an express you know what you are in for. Nothing about it was relaxing and was a paint job a child could do. Read Less

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been doing SNS for over 12 months now and for the very first time, four of my nails were chipped in less than five days of doing it! When I went there to complain on the 6th day, they said I would need to pay for the repair once it was over their three days policy... which would be okay if the 3rd day wasn't Melbourne Cup day. Got my nails done last week only to have my nails chip after the second day. Went back again to get it repaired the 5 nails chipped again. Why asked why it does this they couldn't give me an answer but had the nerve to charge me $25 to repairs not to mention I paid $45 for the Sns. Extremely bad customer service from the women who work there, the last two times I have been, the colour I chose is not what was put on my nails. Afterwards when I said this, they were extremely rude and just said sometimes it looks different when painted on the test nails that you choose from! Well surely do not give that to a customer to choose what colour they want? Very rude to me twice now, will not be going back in, and it is a shame as they actually do my nails quite good, it's not the quality that is poor, just the unprofessional and rude women who do your nails. Response to the owner - If you are the gentleman that is in the shop sometimes, you are extremely professional and have great customer service, it's just some of the women who work there do not. I come for SNS nails and Shellac toes every two weeks, it's the SNS, the first time I asked for a silver glitter, it came out mostly black with hardly any silver, when I said to the woman it doesn't look the same? She was very rude to me and said it doesn't go like it does on the chart... then stormed into the other salon, someone else finished my nails and didn't mention anything about the colour being wrong. I came back this week and thought I'll get a plain colour, I can't go wrong with that, and as the woman was doing my nails I was talking to my friend saying does this look like the colour I picked? It looks quite light and the woman snapped at me, IT’S THE SAME. My friend and I was shocked. To make things worse, when she finished my nails, it wasn’t the colour I chose but I was too embarrassed to say anything. It’s a real shame because the women who work there are very good at what they do, apart from the colour chart situation, my nails always last a long time, but they are very very rude. NEVER EVER go here! This is by far the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. Shocking pedicure and shellac job which peeled off during the treatment (only to be repaired poorly) and later that same day! When I tried to check my nails after one had peeled off after the idiot had corrected it the guy SLAPPED my hand away!!!Returned the next day to see what they could do only to be called a liar. WORST EXPERIENCE & SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED I went into this salon last Saturday afternoon (23/04) and spent $55 on a full set of SNS nails with tips. I've had nails like this before in the past and as the lady was doing them I could tell her technique was very poor. Only TWO days later on the Monday two of the nails fell off completely, and then another nail fell off yesterday. My own nails look like nothing was ever even stuck to them! A brand new set of SNS nails is sup...pose to last around 3 weeks, and I know this from experience! Seeing as Monday was Anzac Day I called up on the Tuesday to speak to the manager, who's name is Teresa. When I explained to her what had happened she was incredibly rude! She asked me when I could come in and I said this coming Friday (29/04), as I have university on Wednesday and Thursday and don't live in the city. She kept persisting that if I could not come in tomorrow (which was today 27/04), that there is nothing they can do and that it would be unfair on them for me to come in on Friday - even though Friday would still be only 6 days later and the nails came off after only 2-3 days! I kept explaining that I could not come in today due to uni, and that these nails should last 3 weeks, not 3 days! So I don't understand how it is unfair on the business when I am the one who has spent money on a service that hasn't been done properly? She then continued to be extremely rude and told me she was with a customer and that she would take my number and call me back. An hour and a half went by, and it was then around 7:40pm (approx 20 minutes before the store closed) so I called back and she said (again very rudely) "I'm still with a customer", I said "It's been an hour and a half and the store closes in 20 minutes, did you plan on calling me back before the store closed?", she then took the phone away from her ear and said something to someone and hung up the phone on me! I then waited a few minutes and tried to call back a number of times but it just went straight to message bank or rang for a few times and then went to message bank. I have never been so disgusted by customer service in all of my life! I work in a well known retail clothing store in Melbourne Central, and I wouldn't dare ever treat any of my customers the way I was treated last night! I have photographs of my nails, including the ones that fell off, and a receipt. I do plan on coming into the salon on Friday still and speaking to somebody in person. I am entitled to have my nails fixed and receive the service that I paid for. I had a mani petty which was really nice, the lady was very gentle and kind. But I also got a Brazilian wax with my friend. The "waxing" lady told my friend she had the perfect length hair for waxing and mine was too short but insisted on doing it anyway. By the time it was my turn to get waxed the wax was burning hot and when I told her she just said sorry and kept going. She over waxed my burnt skin until it bled which she got everywhere because she only used two pieces of... fabric through the entire wax. She also kept the same dip stick between me and my friend which is discussing. Because my hair was "too short" she missed nearly half the hair and still charged me full price! Looking at my friends wax though she missed the same amount on her too.. So much for having the perfect length... Under a week later I found my hair growing back as if I shaved it... She had pulled the strip the wrong way and broke a lot of the hairs instead of removing them. Because she also got burning wax all over the inner flaps of my vagina I still (a month later) am having trouble with those parts of my vagina splitting which really stings! I have never complained before but this was horrible. A month later and I have already had to shave twice as if I was never waxed at all. I'm a frequent customer but my recent visit was so bad. The past few times I was served by the staff and they did a pretty good job with the manicure and shellac. My recent visit I was served by the lady boss and she did such a shitty job. Most of the time she was distracted and she did everything hastily. She kept looking out of the shop to look for customers and when a customer walks in she kept trying to talk to them and not focus on doing my nails. She did a messy job cut...ting my nails and she didn't even paint my nails properly. The nail polish came off after two weeks because it wasn't done properly. Her attitude was rather bad when I showed my displeasure on my face. I was so disappointed with her work and that wasn't what I had expected of her when her staff can even do a better job than her. I was extremely unimpressed when I came here 2 weeks ago to get Pedicures with my best friend (male). When we walked I asked that they could do both of us and they said yes, started my friend and I - then when another customer came in the owner left my friend and started on this other lady - leaving my friend for a good 20 minutes without saying ONE word. If you start someones treatment - finish it! We waited patiently and once my girl had finished me she moved on to my friend only to cut the skin on his big toe and then stopped before putting colour on. We asked why and her response was "we don't usually put colour on males". Disgusted. And ripped off. They made us pay full price for both, with no colour on one! Never again. Read Less
